Посылку быстро доставили из США в Европу, но, к сожалению, много товаров (игрушечные машинки) помялись и сломались, мармелад отсутствовал, хотя по декларации был). Просьба получше упаковывать, первый раз такая плохая упаковка плохая.

Worst service for foreign purchases and logistics forwarding. Beware of this service people. My parcel has been in Germany for more than 50 days, the parcel was not moving at the consolidation hub for a month, after almost a month they sent a reply about the carrier checking the documents, the technical support staff is idiots, they cannot answer a specific question. Banderolka, you are a terrible service, irresponsible, crooked and incompetent. They took the money for delivery, but you can't send the parcel from Berlin for two months and answer the client's questions clearly. Other mail forwarders sent more recent packages from Europe and the USA without any problems.

Пришла посылка из Германии. Пришла достаточно быстро (меньше двух недели после выставления и оплаты инвойса). Хорошо упаковано. Заказывал редкий парфюм с ebay без коробок. Беспокоился, что что-то может повредиться при транспортировки. Тем не менее всё было очень хорошо упаковано, с необходимым заполнителем внутри. За мармеладки отдельное спасибо -- они всегда очень кстати оказываются. Буду заказывать дальше!

Packages are packed quickly, delivery time depends on the item and type of delivery. I have Economy coming out for about 21 days. Of the minuses, they lost sunglasses (they find themselves under sanctions). And all the same, I recommend Banderolka and will continue to order. The rest of the services are much worse.
