The shoes I ordered were labeled inconsistently compared to the brand. Instead of getting narrow/medium (they were labeled as medium), I received regular/wide. This was confusing. Now I have to hassle with a return. Probably my last order.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and was waiting for a long time to receive them. Finally decided to call and was told that order for all 3 pairs was canceled, because they were out of stock! I did not receive any email regarding this cancellation and found out about this only by calling.

Ordered a pair of shoes on July 7... by July 11 they have not shipped yet. Request to cancel the order and they say reimburse will occur in 2-3 days. After 6 days no reimbursement has occurred.
Now I need to start a claim with my credit card to get my money back.
