BEWARE! I NEVER received my shoes!
To make a long story short, there was a mix-up with UPS and my shoes were delivered to the wrong place – gone, never to be seen again. Customer service at Shoebacca will do absolutely nothing about it! They keep passing the buck to UPS (who also can't/won't do anything). At the end of the day, I didn't order shoes from UPS, I ordered them from Shoebacca! After numerous phone calls over the course of 6 weeks asking where my shoes were, they finally informed me that they were delivered (to God knows where) so they were no longer responsible. Then, the Customer Service Manager proceeded to argue with me needlessly and childishly for nearly 30 minutes in total as I begged and pleaded for them to either refund my $41.99 or send me the shoes. In the end, she essentially told me she would prefer to lose my business and the business of anyone I could tell about my experience rather than make my situation right. I am out money and shoes and they couldn't care less. Spread the word – they DO NOT care about their customers! Don't give them business!

Bought some shoes, tried them on around the house, they turned out to be too narrow. I returned them, and they only gave me half credit, claiming that "I did not return them in perfect condition."

They are a bunch of assclowns, liars, and deceptive idiots. I recommend you don't bother. Buy from famous footwear instead.

First ordered shoes using Groupon, no problems except slow delivery, but the girls' shoes were 1.5 sizes smaller than marked so I initiated a return/ exchange for new size and sent back the shoes. ONE MONTH LATER no response nor update regarding the exchange. Signed into account and they show no return has been received. I used my tracking # through UPS and UPS confirmed proof they had been delivered (with signed roof) to Shoebacca more than 2 weeks ago. However this ends, this is a sub-par scam of a company! Beware! Unless you have the Groupon already and know for certain the shoes will fit.

Terrible customer service. So I used a groupon, and my first experience went OK, but then it all fell apart. On my second return, the return label didn't show up where it was supposed to, so I had to email them about that. After shipping, I got the UPS notification that my shoes had been received by them, but not a confirmation from them FOR 2 WEEKS AFTER, and only after I called to prompt them. No apology, no explanation, nothing. 3 days later, I received an email from them with my new groupon voucher, for the VALUE of the return ($45.99), rather than the value of the original voucher ($50). I emailed them, and for 7 days, no response. I finally emailed them again, forwarding my original email, and someone got back to me an hour later, basically stating the obvious, that they credited back what the cost of the shoes were. I just emailed to politely have my email forwarded to a supervisor - we'll see how that goes.

Bottom line - once I am done with this company, I am never looking back. I don't understand how a company with such poor customer service and system efficiency can even hold a candle to the likes of zappos and amazon. I only hope I get this resolved before they inevitably go under...

We also used a Groupon to order shoes and need to exchange a pair that did not fit my daughter. Customer Service has been unresponsive. It says all over their website how to return shoes it to click a "return" button under your account but this button does not exist under My Account and I cannot get a response or a person on the phone to help me. Customer Service for this company is non-existant. Do not use them.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Shoebacca, and one pair was okay but they weren't really the color that was shown in the picture. The other pair was a pair of rainboots that did not have any soles in them. Instead they had this grate thing in them that hurt when you stepped on it. And they were 60 bucks. Why wouldn't they have real soles in them if they cost that much? Its a damn good thing they will pay for your shipping when you return them! Otherwise I'd say don't even shop here.

I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. The shoes were on their way to my house when, shoebacca.com had the delivery stopped and sent back to their offices! I have tried to contact them several times by e-mail with no response. This is robbery! There has been NO effort by them to give me my money back or simply SEND ME THE SHOES THAT I ORDERED! Do not buy shoes from this company. Go to http://www.zappos.com/ instead. $#@! shoebacca.com they will steal your money!

I was hesitant to use this site since I had never heard of them, but the Groupon was appealing, and everyone in my house needs shoes right now. I was impressed with the site and selection, so I bought the Groupon. I placed an order which arrived in about 2-3 days. Great so far. The shoes were too big, so I requested an exchange. They sent me a label, I returned them 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. After a week, I emailed customer service because their hours are awful - they work whenI work, so I can't call them easily, unless it's my lunch, then I suppose they are also at lunch because they don't answer. Anyway, I finally get a response that says my account has been credited. What? I don't want a credit, I want my shoes in the right size. So I call and finally speak to a dimwit girl who is so unhelpful. It took her 5 minutes and two hold times to realize I wanted an exchange. She exclaimed, "well, we just received them yesterday and it will take a while to process." I corrected her - they were received by Shoebacca several days ago according to UPS. She had no idea how long the processing would take. I asked for an estimate - nothing. So, I decided to be patient. It has been another week, I just received an email 2 days ago that my order was being processed and I would receive an email when it shipped. Still nothing. I sent another email yesterday asking what the status is. Nothing. At this point, I've lost my patients. They have had my money for what, 3 weeks now, but I don't have shoes. They don't care either. If I didn't have the Groupon, I would have cancelled my order. I may just deny the charges on my cc and contact Groupon for a credit. I frequently buy Groupons and have always had positive experiences. This is the worst customer service I have received in a long time. I hate to bash this company online, but I can't get a response any other way, so I'm at the end of my rope. Please Shoebacca, my time is valuable. I don't want to waste it dealing with your crap. It's simple - put the size 8 in the box, slap a label on it, and UPS will do the rest. As long as this pair fit well, you won't ever hear from me again... ever. Thank you.

I recently purchased Creative Recreation sneakers on Shoebacca.com. I'm almost positive the shoes are knock-offs. The inside soles were not glued onto the shoes, the quality of the shoe is not like the brand at all. I have other shoes of the same brand. The logo looked sprayed on or glued, I'm not sure but I know it pealed off. The only reason I purchased from this site is because I had a half off coupon. I will not be buying shoes from here again. Sorry folks.

Big fan of the site

Big fan of the site. They've got shoes that nobody else has and prices that nobody else can beat. Once you learn how to choose your size and pick your color preference, it's like a candy store. Interesting product reviews too. Definitely recommend.

The site looks very pretty, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. That is, if you buy shoes from here be prepared to never ever get them returned. Their customer service number is an answering machine that tells you the hours of the day, 8-5. I've called at around noon three times now. I've emailed them three times. I've contacted them through their site. Their return page says my order DOESN'T EXIST?
All in all, they'll send you shoes, but if theirs ANYTHING wrong with them prepare to get totally screwed over and lied to. Never again.
