Great experience! Prices comparable to Zappos, and often have additional discounts - have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site, they ship fast, and the few times I've had to return a pair, credit always appears quickly.
I ordered my Uggs, Ugg protectant and 2 replacement insoles RIGHT before closing one day last week. They had me call back after placing my order as I was a first time customer and they gave me 10% off my Uggs. (I appreciated that). The next day we were gone all day. To my sheer delight, when I got home, by my door, was my entire order! I ordered the evening before, got free shipping, did not ask for overnight, and they packed it and got it to my door the very next day! I was very pleased. I wanted to wear my Uggs for that weekend, it was perfect! I will be ordering from them again. I wonder if they offer a repeat customer discount?

Shoes.com is an online store selling a wide variety of shoes. I have used this site only once so far. The transaction was secure and I received a shipment from them within a couple of days. Unfortunately, one shoe was the size I ordered and the other shoe was a different size (I am confused as to why this happened). I called up customer service and the representative was very kind and apologized. I shipped the shoes back. I was very pleased with how easy it was to return the item.
I rate them as "cool" (3/4). I would have given them a heart (4/4), but even though I had to ship the shoes back because of an error on their end, they did not ship me the corrected order. I was told that I would have to place the order again. The site loses a point for this because I feel that since it was their error they should have simply shipped me the correct shoe. I was, however, happy with the manner in which the customer service representative handled my call and I received a refund.
Great website ive ordered twice from them already. Im Very happy Shoes came in about a week later maybe a little later than a week but can't complain its free shipping. Plus tax free so the price u see on there its the price u pay. Only thing that i was a little dissatified i had requested them to get a certain type shoes so i can order from them. I got an email back with something that had nothing to do with my question.
This site is LEGIT and is listed on the Ugg website. If you look on the internet, you will find many sites that look exactly like this site but are not on the approved site by the ugg company. These guys have a real phone number and a fair return/exchange policy (you do need to pay for shipping). Best part about this site is they have clearance ugg boots, so I bookmark it and see when the boots that I want go on sale.
Poor costumer service & disinformation. - I ordered a pair of shoes and they told me that i would recieve my order with in 10 days of reciept of the order. After 10 days i had still not heard anything from them. I contacted customer service and they said that my order had already been shipped, finally on day 14 i got a email saying that my order had been shipped that day and this is day 17 and still havent recieved any shoes. This website SUCKS!

Answer: Stay away! I tried to make an exchange, and they charged me for the new shoes and then claimed that returned shoes were worn and damaged and wouldn't give me my money back. I wore them long enough to try them on and even then the shoes were so small and stiff that I couldn't get my feet into them! I asked the customer service "manager" (the 4th "manager" I spoke to) if we are allowed to try on the shoes and shes said "yes of course" to which I said then why do you consider what I did wearing them? She didn't have an answer. This is a scam to sell off damaged or defective merchandise. Stay away.
