Paid full price for my goods to find a week later they were reduced which would have given me a savings of around £12 not happy
Really hard work same company but online purchases can't be returned and exchanged which I think is not good. Also no cash return refund vouchers only. You make it such a chore people may want a cash refund

Despite the faulty lettering on the shirt (definitely not good!), I fully understand the dilemma re exchange (because it was a birthday present for an up-coming birthday, by the time the gift was given and worn, and the fault noted - it was beyond the 90 day return limit). The guy on the phone recognised that there was a fault - clearly seen from the photographs but was apologetic that he couldn't exchange. He went away to see what could be done then phoned back to offer a very good discount on my next order. This was acceptable to me given the delay in reporting the fault. Here's hoping for better quality clothing from my next order!
