I've been using SimpleSwap.io for a hot min now. I remember before all the upgrades to the site, I remember my first transaction not going through and speaking with support who reassured me everything was working and eventually my funds came through. But never in my life would I have just imagined what happened, happen. So I made a transaction about a month ago and stupid me, was trying to send to my MetaMask wallet address but I copied the "RIGHT" address as opposed to the "LEFT" address, those who are reading this, get this. Anyhoo, the only reason there was a right address was because I was part way through a SmartContract interaction when I decided to grab the address. So long story short, I grabbed the wrong address. Thankfully this resulted in an error and my THETA was never sent to that wallet. I messaged SimpleSwap about it and they started looking into it. Well, I completely forgot about this until yesterday when I logged in to make another swap, and saw a message from David and a previous msg from Brad stating they were waiting for me to confirm my corrected wallet address this entire time, so I re-engaged them, provided the wallet and sure enough this morning, BAM, funds TX'd. 1 month after a botched transaction that was 100% my fault. Customer for life!

Received my coins in 3 minutes. It's really fast. And noticed also, sometimes it takes 20 minutes to be sent. It would be great, if you guys will make all swaps within several minutes!

I find everything I need here, coins I need to swap, nice rates, friendly support. Thanks guys, will definitely use for further swaps.

Every time I use this platform I am confident I won't lose my funds. Their support team is always there to handle it. Had an issue with sending the token via the wrong network, and it got resolved so quickly.
Really love this service and especially such a helpful support team.

I sent xrp without the tag mistakenly and twice to their address. Happily, they returned xro back to me without issues. Appreciate it

Exchange took 2 hours. Then failed.
Coins held hostage, similar to the experience of others here.
I was exchanging ETH for RMRK at their floating rate of 1:82.2.
They claim that the rates changed for the worse and offered me much lousier rates (1:76.2) or a refund. When in fact the rates improved for the better as RMRK was taking a dip over the 2 hours they took to fail my transaction, and this was even reflected on their main swap page.

I tried to do a swap on simple swap today. The transaction failed on their end for some reason, but my crypto was sent through coinbase. I have been dealing with Stephanie in customer service trying to get a refund. She has given me every excuse in the book, and no refund. In fact, the last email she just sent a generic reply that simple swap would be right back. My email simply said that with the volatility of crypto a 7 hour transaction or refund is ridiculous. Thank God it was not a large amount of money that I was trying to swap. She has been giving me the run around all afternoon. I have used them before with no issues, but the past couple weeks I have had nothing but issues with them. I have learned my lesson and will not be using them again. I'd rather pay higher fees with exodus wallet or use a broker like Caleb and Brown.

Haven't received coins and haven't got an answer as to what's going on and it's been a few hours now. So unprofessionaland beyond incontinent

David at Simpleswap customer service was not only professional but courteous and helpful following up all the way through my transaction.
I use simple swap lots in my crypto business but this was the first time my funds didn't arrive to the destination. Simpleswap did their research and was on top of the situation from beginning to the end and after they did their due diligence I was able to receive my full refund. Key thing is to make sure you create an account and do your transactions there so you can have a history.

I was expecting to wait quite a while to get a response from Simple Swap help desk, but I was pleasantly surprised to get an answer in minutes! Although my problem was not fixable, due to my mistake, I wanted to acknowledge my postive experience!

My experience with the platform was amazing. My exchange was completed with 15 mins and I was really surprised! My second exchange got stuck for a while but their support team reassured me that I just need to wait a bit more and I've received my coins quite fast.

About 1 in 10 trades on simpleswap I make a mistake. Yes, very scary. Every single time, Simple swap gets back to me right away, keeps me updated, and fixes my problem. Every time. Every time.
