Simple, safe, fast - that's all that I needed. And all of you as I think. Also, they have 24/7 support, it is really nice and makes me calm down.

Everything works perfectly, there were no problems in 5 exchanges, the coins arrived to the card within 10 minutes.

Be very careful. My funds are simply gone. Attached you will find the transaction. Now, they are not replying anymore (see attached screenshot for proof). Before they were sending me a non existing fake tx hash.

Simpleswap has demonstrated their service is anything but simple.

After my exchange was taking over half an hour to complete, I reached out to support. They told me my funds were safe and I was being taken care of.

3 hours later, my exchange fails. I am told this is because of a problem with the SOL token on their end.

I am offered payment in another token instead. I accept this offer, and ask how much my payout will be.
I am ignored for an hour, and finally told that payouts in another token are actually not available.

Now I must wait. My funds are being held against my will. There is no end in sight to when my funds will be available, and the information I am being fed changes based on how inquisitive I seem to be.

If you value the timely receipt of your funds, or being treated like a human being - avoid SimpleSwap.

I accidentally found this website and decided to give it a try. Somehow, I send the wrong amount and my swap has failed. I was worried, but their support team helped me to issue a refund within an hour. Gonna use it again for sure.

This company used to be rock solid. However, they are getting sketchy. I traded BNB for LRC, the transaction didn't go through. Now they want a VIDEO of me logging into my exchange before returning the BNB. No one should ask you for a video of you logging into your exchange/wallet. Use another provider, it's not worth the risk... BTW, three days and counting and they still haven't refunded the BNB.

I have did swap my NEAR to SOL but I haven't received my SOL yet and they haven't did refund yet. I'm so disappointed with their behavior and the reason just don't make sense. They said my funds stuck at payment stage and could not refund it! I can't mint SOL project because of them.

David and Brad are excellent and very Professional. I have been a customer for several years now and they have always exceeded my expectations.

Submitted a SCRT -> BTC swap on February 19.2500 SCRT for. 36 BTC was the agreed exchange. It has now been over a month since this transaction and I am experiencing the same issue that multiple other users here have reported before me. Instantly provided an order ID and TX Hash for them to see validate my claim. Upon reviewing, I was told that "The explorer and the account sometimes show different information." For those of you who have experience in blockchain, you know that this claim is absolutely false. For others, FYI, the block explorer allows you to input your TX Hash and updates you on the status of your exchange/transfer/etc. It is never wrong. Have been involved in the space for over 7 years now and have never been so boldly lied to about how this works. I even went as far as to offer them to simply refund my Secret Network tokens and that we could call it even. Rebecca, it would be greatly appreciated if you could take a deeper look into this. Up to this point, I am deeply disappointed. I do not wish to take legal action nor dirty a reputation that your team has worked so hard to build, but feel like I will need to if there is not a clear sign of communication and an actual attempt to resolve this issue.
