I called this company about a set of tires I had my eye on for a while. I spoke with a lady that was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. When she didn't know the answer she would go directly to their website to find out. I ordered them and they arrived on schedule and are even more impressive looking than I expected. Best of all was the price. Cheapest of all companies I contacted. I would highly recommend you give them a look next time you need tires.

This company let me order tires online took my money and three days later sent me a email saying they had a mistake on there website, saying the tires were wrong. NOT MY PROBLEM your website had a problem. This company should had stood by there mistake and shipped my tires! I will be reporting to the better business bureau and attorney general. This put me in a bind and now dont have tires even ordered. When I tried re ordering they tried to charge me $220 more per tire! So there website has miss advertisement just to lure customers in to rip them off. STAY AWAY!

Simply put, SimpleTire is AWESOME. I ordered tires to replace the Goodyear tires that were on my F150 Extra Duty pick-up. For about a hundred bucks apiece (when other places wanted more than double that figure), I got Atturo Trail Blade 10 ply tires that are really terrific. When compared to the Goodyear tires they replaced, these tires are unbelievably QUIETER and provide a significantly BETTER RIDE. And while the Goodyear tires were truly scary with their lack of traction in the rain, the Atturos have GREAT TRACTION and really hold the road even when it's wet.
I bought these tires from SimpleTire when they were having a 15% off sale and I was billed exactly as advertised and the tires shipped right away.
One word of CAUTION: While SimpleTire performed perfectly and exactly as advertised, stay away from FIRESTONE for installation. They tried to charge more than double what they said saying things like "You mean you didn't want our extra special deal of only $45 for our 28 point check up?" and "We'd be happy to do an alignment for the low price of $150."
So do yourself a favor and save a ton of money: Order from SimpleTire but have them shipped to a company other than Firestone for mounting and balancing.

Simple Tire is pulling a scam on its customers. On Monday before Labor day I put 6 tires in my Cart to check the sale prices for the Labor Day Sale of 15% off. On Thursday night I went to my cart and my cart had been emptied and all 6 tires I had put in the cart had their prices raised by 20% and the listed price on the website was the marked up price discounted down 15%. Unbelievably unethical. I called Simple Tire and the sales lady refused to get a manager and said she would get a manager to call me back, which did not happen. I asked her to follow up with me to make sure her manager would call me back and she refused to do that. Shop your prices with this company. They are not an honest company.

I purchase all my tires online for all my vehicles searching the web for particular brands. I then recently found Simple Tire and they have the best selection at the best price anywhere. What won me over though was the customer service experience. I had a problem with one of the tires, they responded immediately and resolved the issue the that day! Wow, not expecting that. That is why I am a repeat customer. I tell that story to all my friends and to go shop Simple Tire.
