I placed my order 4 tires, as soon as I got them I had professional tires shop to install to find out one tire has 2,5 lb more weight on one side.
I called Simple Tire
This is what I got
NO SVC
NO ASSISTANCE
NO REPLACEMENT
So pretty much as a Customer I was left in dark.
I will NOT Recommend Simple Tire

My order was scheduled to be delivered today 01/17/2019... The order came around before 12pm which was very good but just 1 Tire instead of the 2 I ordered... I called simple tire and tried to let them know what's going on but the person I spoke with didn't even want to listen. All he said was my order is scheduled to be delivered by the end of the day. I hang up and waited around 4:56pm I called again and same thing happened, the person I spoke with also took my order number and told me My order will be delivered by End of the day... is 8pm now and my other tire never came. The point I am trying to make is that, if these people would have listened to me they would have known the order has been delivered just missing 1 tire...
I found a great deal on a set of 4 tires but didn't receive them for over a week. After trying to get in touch with them over the phone, which is impossible. I was finally able to through email, they said my order was on hold because I didnt give a valid billing address. I sent this in and asked if this was enough to get my tires, they responded by saying that they canceled my order entirely. I needed my tires fast but after over 2 weeks of waiting one of my current tires actually blew. Overall very dissatisfied with the service.
I ordered the tires. They arrived at the tire installation location. I realized that I forgot to order roadside assistance@ $10.00 tire, and Simple Tire wouldn't insure them after shipment. Wow! Any other brick & mortar business would happily of taken more of my money. Poor business model on Simple Tires part. Won't shop there again. Once & Done, and they lost continued revenue over $40.00 + tax. Only one word I will spread and it isn't suitable on this forum.
SimpleTire is simply excellent! Huge selection of tires, prices are good and the quality is outstanding! I can even get tires for more specific vehicles not just cars so that's a huge plus.
The tire I ordered came after 6 days, not the 2 to 4 days advertised. I sent an email to them regarding the tires whereabouts and was sent back an email that was snarky and condescending from "Umesh" that said they "value my time and patience".
If my time was of valued to them, they would have gotten me my tire in a reasonable amount of time and perhaps an apology for not meeting their advertised delivery time.
I went with SimpleTire because they advertise faster delivery dates than the other online sites. I even spent more because of this.
I ordered 4 tires from them because they had a "Labor Day promotion" and because it seemed like it would be hassle free, well I was wrong. They're shipping timeframe was between 2-4 business day and I only got 2 of my tires during this timeframe and the other 2 were damaged in transit. They however did not notify me of this, I noticed it on the FedEx tracking website. When I chatted with a rep he told me this was not the case and it just meant they were separated during delivery. The next day I checked FedEx again and my other 2 tires were on their way back to simpletires. When I called the rep told me it was just a delay and after insisting that FedEx said otherwise he looked into it and noticed that my tires were indeed damaged and I wouldn't be getting them for another week! I also mentioned that their website said if their price lowers within 30 days they would refund the difference but he said that it was within 24 hours, once again misleading! Well he told me that just one time they would overnight my tires but they usually wouldn't, as if its an error I made! Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere that is honest and reliable. Won't shop here again.

We purchased two tires from them one of them is faulty and has a huge knot on outside sidewall we can't put it on my vehicle or use it. They refuse to replace or refund. Their whole site is a lie. They do not value customer satisfaction. The tire was put on rim but when they tried to put air in it it would hold over 10 pounds of air because of faulty sidewall. The risk free guarantee is a lie and their customer satisfaction is a lie and their return policy is a lie. There is nothing simple about ordering or returns except them charging your debit card.

The site was very easy to use within a couple minutes my tires were ordered I received email notification with my receipt copy and all the information. And the delivery to my home was impressive. In less then two days I received my shipment. Strongly recommend Simple Tire. The name says it all.
Order tires for 2016 Malibu LS, Simpletire sent the wrong size to the installition station. As I tried to resolve by calling, after be accused of ordering size the custormer service rep told there was nothing to be done because it's Saturday. So she could not refund my money or correct the order without taken payment for the correct size and to add insult to injury the order could not be processed until Monday, so my question is why are you opened on Saturday if nothing can be resolved until Monday. So needless to say I will be requesting a full refund and I will never do business with Simpletire again.
I saw quite a few negative reviews online for this company but their prices beat out everyone else and I could still receive the rebate on my tires. I decided to take a chance. First thing to know is that this is a tire distribution company, they deal with a lot of companies. I called customer service and verified that they had located the 6 tires that I needed, once that was done, I placed my order online. I then called customer service and verified that my order was received and correct. Each time I called, the representatives were pleasant and more than willing to help and put my mind at ease. I only made so many calls because of the online reviews but I will definitely use the company again and don't see the need for so many calls. I placed my order on 10/27/17 and received it on 10/31/17.
I ordered 2 atv tires from this company and both came all smashed up, what should of taken my tire guy 10 mins maybe took over 45 mins per tire because they had to reform the tire and get it back into the correct shape. He was shocked at how bad the tire was smashed up and so was I...
I was looking for a 24inch tube type tire for a big truck. My local tire shop told me it would cost $1,100 each! I found the tire at Simple Tire and even with shipping I was able to buy 5 tires for the price of 2 tires locally.
Answer: If you look on the sidewall you will find the date stanped in on one side.It will be a 4 digit number, the first 2 numbers are the week and the second 2 are the year. Ex. 4919 would be the 49th week of 2019

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your purchase. The order you're referencing was from 5/19/18. When you contacted us about this in 10/1/18, we asked for you to have the tire inspected by one of your local shops to confirm the defect so that we could help.
