I ordered tires and after over a week i called to tell them to cancel my order as they never shipped and they said that it is a whole other process to cancel my order that never shipped. Terrible company that is far from "SIMPLE"

Poor shipping service. Label created 5/1/25 still have not shipped tires. Will probably never use simple tire again.

I first ordered a Pirelli All Terrain Plus 245/65R17 directly from Simple Tire for some reason the system changed the order and they sent me a 225/65R17. Fine, I thought it was my mistake. When ahead and ordered the same tire via their Amazon store front - the order clearly read 245/65R17, a few days later I received a 265/65R17. Had to return both tires and apparently pay a restocking fee of $20 bucks - absurd. I ordered a third time the same tire again via Amazon; let's see what I get.
As a business owner this is crazy to me that no one takes the time to ship the right item to a client. At this point I should receive a discount on the third tire I've had to repurchase. If I knew this company was this way, I would have ordered the tire using the competitors. Not sure if anyone will adjust the pricing on the tire but it's the least you guys could do. Needless to say I will leave a Google Review. I currently have 2.4 million views on my Google.

Purchased a set of tires from simpletire. I paid for the tires and money was taken from my account. A few days later I receive an email stating my tires are out of stock and a refund has been processed. I checked online and my exact tires were still in stock, they changed the prices to a higher amount. I talked with customer service for half an hour to no avail. Long story short, tires were purchased, they changed the pricing so they canceled my order, told me they were out of stock when they were not. Told me I could reorder at the adjusted inflated price. Then said my refund would take 5 to 7 days to process. Horrible company, will never do business with again.

I ordered 2 295/25/28 tires new and received 2 recapped. They refuse to send new tire just recapped. This happened 3 times

MISREPRESENTATION
The site clearly shows the Nexen Winterspike 3 with studs on all of the web pages. The only disclaimer is the wheel is not included. The tires are NOT studded. SimpleTire claims no responsibility and will not pay for installing studs. I expected to receive what was advertised. Sadly, SimpleTire, NEVER again.

Purchased tires at an amazing price with labor day discount and brand discount with no trouble, "in stock". Then I was informed days later they were out of stock and to shop again. Well, the whole brand is out of stock (probably because of the 20% discount) and labor day discount is over! Feel scammed. Now I'm paying a hundred bucks more at Walmart for similar tires. Installed.

Great prices online. Even better customer service! Awesome place to purchase tires, order was painless, shipping was quick and free. Best thing, tires priced well and looked extremely well, with a nice warranty!

SimpleTire has become my go to site for the last five years, user friendly site and awesome deal on tires, not to mention their commitment to pleasing their customers!

I ordered 255 /70 r 18 Firestone les destination tires on their memorial sale, four days and ya later I got them and they were 235 iron man brand, not even the right brand or size so how could they mix this up, then when I called customer service sbout the order ( make sure u have your order number). They tell me that the tires I ordered are out of stock. I will never order online again and especially not with them. This is simple bait n switch! Don't advertise what u are not willing to sell, they wasted my time, energy and money, this was my day off so was wanting to get them installed. Such carelessness from a tire company, I was so disappointed now I have to find tires somewhere and take off time to get them installed while my money 💴 is helled up in a 5 day refund process. My cousin was gonna order her suv tires from here, I told her about my experience, she went to Walmart and she is glad.

You cant cancel your order within 30 mins. Thats a lie. When checking out I ask them to ship the tires to my home and instead they are Shipping them to just a random zip code in the state of TX. I don't live in TX. Got a hold of SimpleTire and was able to fix the websites mistake.

I give Simple Tire a 2 because they have a good selection of tires and lower prices. They do ship quickly and the arrangement with local installers is helpful.

While I've purchased 16 tires from them and never had to use their manufacturer's warranty, now everything has changed. If you need to use the manufacturer's warranty through Simple Tire, be prepared for massive delays and hassles.

I submitted my claim on March 25 with a tire that clearly has a manufacturer's defect. It's now May 11 and I'm still waiting to receive a replacement tire and I've had no indication that one is coming. First, I had to get a local shop to verify the tire is defective.

Then I had to send pictures of the defect. Then I had to send the tire back to Simple Tire. Now I'm waiting to see if the manufacturer will replace it after all that hassle.

This is the clincher for me. I'll never buy from Simple Tire again.

The risk is just too high to warrant the small rewards. You expose yourself to too much risk buying from them. What if all I had was a donut tire instead of an actual spare? I'd be buying a new tire and the manufacturer's warranty would be entirely worthless!

Don't do it!

Don't take the risk! You may seriously regret it.

Do your best to find tires anywhere else. I placed my order and 4 hours later called back to cancel, it had not even been processed however they refused to cancel it. We paid extra for the shipping and were told we had to wait until they were delivered, send them back pay the extra shipping fee per tire again as well as a restocking fee.
The tires were to be delivered in 3 business days, now we're looking at 2 weeks, also a lie. I was able to find the same tires at Parkhouse tires in Fontana, CA for $700 less including installation. I wished I had researched a little more than I did, but I do know that I will never do business with Simple Tires again. They've lost my business and referrals forever.

Simple Tire had Yokohama 35 x 12.50r20 121Q goe x-mat listed for $112.66 each at 76% off on Amazon. I had ordered 4 of these tires and was sent temporary tire size 145/70 D 17. The seller would not honor the price and replace with the tires I originally ordered. It was their mistake and should have been honored. I will not be doing business with Simple tire in the future.
