So far, I have had to reach out to customer service twice, both times they were top-notch and extremely helpful. Granted finding the area to speak to a person was not easy at first, but this is by far the best hosting site I have used, and I have used many over the years.
Siteground has a comprehensive support site with a client tools area that is easy to navigate. I recommend them highly.
I had 2 support chats in one weekend, the first a phone call to troubleshoot an issue I had, and the second a chat to prevent a similar issue in the future.
Both occasions the support tech went above and beyond. Thanks to Alex for a seemingly small but powerful suggestion, and Petar M for concisely explaining my issue and the solutions. Got it resolved really fast!
Having a wordpress site is complex because you always need to have the site updated, and updates come out all the time. We were using BanaHosting we payed every month in time, but this month due to a credit card changed we forgot to update it in payment methods and after 8 days BanaHosting blocked our WordPress on the same day we launched a big marketing campaing! BanaHosting had no way to contact them for the emergency, just a stupid ticketing system... what does this have to do with SiteGround? In desperation I got into siteground, contacted their support and explained my situation. They explained they got me covered, they have a tool to import automatically or hire an expert to do it manually (I had to do this since I have no experience with wordpress and BanaHosting made wordpress unaccessible) and now they are working to import my site and save our business. During this process, SiteGround support was with me resolving any questions and providing guidance. It was amazing, it was not like talking to a burocratic/robotic company like BanaHosting, SiteGround was like talking for a friend and a real business partner. I totally recommend them. The price is totally worth ir for the service they provide and the support if sh$t hits the fan.
Had a unexpected price increase after years of use, I wasn't prepared for this and was going to lose years worth of work. They where kind to offer me a discount so I could keep my service up.
Can't speak highly enough of Siteground. Outstanding services & features. But the customer service is what really stands out. I honestly have never experienced such good customer service.
Hey there, on august, 29th 2023 I tried to get the Premium CDN service of SG. As always I use to do, I've inserted my credit card data on the SG system. However, SG made a test transaction of R$ 17,51 (R$ is the Brazilian Real) BUT THE SYSTEM ASKED ME ABOUT THE VALUE IN USD! I've tried until the system print me a DISTURBING message saying the I'd be blocked on the next day! O.M.G.!
I almost got a heart attack. So the kind attendant Ervin (SG support staff) gave me help and we could to fix the mess that SG system made.
So, If you are purchasing some service from SG, be sure to tell them the test transaction value in USD (United States Dollar) unless they could block ALL YOUR SITE! Beware forks!
SG, I've been a loyal and happy user but you have to fix this kind of fail!

I had an annoying error message which was popping up for a week and within minutes of contacting Siteground to find out what the issue was they were able to both trouble shoot it and give me a solution and made it easy for me to take care of. I tranferred from Bluehost and I like Siteground so far. Their customer service is much nicer. They migrated my site for free and helped with my email too.
Had a permissions issue and could not upload images to my Wordpress site. Used the chat support and it was fixed in about 15 minutes. No charges were incurred.
I have found the level of support offered by SiteGround to be one of the best in the industry. I have always been able to get a response from them within minutes. They have ALWAYS proved to be very knowledgeable and have directed me to solve the issue within a few steps.

I've hosted with numerous different hosting providers before, and SiteGround has them beat BY FAR. The customer service here is incomparable to anyone else. My issues are addressed & resolved in MINUTES and every person I've spoken with has been absolutely incredible. If you know you could manage 80-90% of webhosting, but still might need some help here and there, go with SiteGround. They'll take you to 100% easily.
