Purchased some Christmas Cards on Snapfish. I ordered black cards and they came a weak purple color. I ordered rounded corners and they came square. The pictures were so fuzzy you couldn't even tell who the people are. Just a terrible card.
There is no phone number to talk to anyone. I used their chat system and had to wait forever for a live person. They issued me a credit but when I went to use the credit and re-ordered they said I owed another $75 for a cheaper card. It was a joke.
I don't have any more time to put into this problem so I will try to dispute it on my credit card. I will reorder from another vendor and hopefully have a good experience. What happened to Costco?

Ordered some prints. They are sitting at my post office for 2 weeks. I chat with them. "Sorry sorry sorry."
Her: Do you want me to put in a complementary order for you to replace this one?
Me: Yes, I would like you to fulfill your part of the transaction.
Her: What do you mean by that?
Oh, sh!t, that set me off. Got refund; Closed account. Will never order from them again. Companies gotta stop farming out CS for cheap.
Ordered prints for Christmas cards. Order never arrived and customer service incompetent with zero follow thru. Went thru Paypal who immediately refunded me. On a side note, Paypal listed an 800 number for Snapfish. I called it… it was a sex talk line!
After speaking with Snapfish I was refused a refund. One of my images (poster size) came in wrinkled and ruined and the other part of my package never showed up. Still they refused my refund. I will never use Snapfish again
I do not recommend using this company at all. They suck you in with the "1 cent" prints but then charge $20+ for shipping and the photo quality is awful. Not one of my 231pictures were clear. Everyone was blurry. Do not use this company.
Snapfish is horrible! They deserve no stars! You can never talk to customer service. Ornament is pixelated, scratched and faded.
Very very disappointed in product. And no live customer service with help you. No way to get in contact with anyone
I have created about 30 photo books through snapfish over the years, the most recent July 2023.
This last book had the pages fall out on opening!
There was something wrong with how it was made. This book cost $120.
I contacted snapfish when I found some time to do so and provided a photo, I used their online chat.
After explaining online the problem, I was just shutdown as they said I ordered in March. I didn't, this was a different order. They just closed the chat. I was served by

The book quality was lousy. The service even worse.

I ordered a custom mug with my artwork on it as a christmas gift and it was misprinted with random black markings and something blue/yellow with words partially printed on the opposite side that was obviously for a completely different design for some reason, very poorly done.
I would not use this company due to they use the USPS, post office, to deliver your pictures. That means you have to rely on them, the P.O., to track where your prize pictures have been delivered to what house got your pictures. I now have no idea who or where my granddaughters pictures are. My granddaughter is 19 months what perverts had the picture and nothing I can do. Pay the money and have your pictures made where you can pick them up. Don't use this company of you need to track your photos. Never got the photos, 103 of them, or to even review. Do not use this company if you want photos to come to you. The photos on the mugs I received in 2022 started to peel a few weeks ago. A repetitive response is " you accepted the product and did not return in 28 days." Huh? This is a shoddy product, and many older mugs from other companies have no problems. Don't expect any customer help. Zazzle has wonderful mugs that you can put pictures on that will last years!
Used for my wedding and honeymoon print outs - never again! My screaming red hair looks brown, my bright purple dress is muted and the Adriatic skies and sunsets on our honeymoon are useless. Do not use!
Ordered over 1000 pictures and had a coupon for 90% off, so my price for the pictures Was only 300 plus dollars period all of a sudden? My pictures were not of quality so they could not print them. Chatted with a representative and they told me to fix the pictures and I could reorder at the same price period cancel my order as was told and all of a sudden. The coupon that I used is no longer any good and I cannot use it nor will it be Honored. Have to reorder the pictures and pay Full price which would be over a thousand dollars. Contacted management, they said sorry we can't honor that coupon. Contacted BBB The company never responded to them nor have I heard anything back from the company. They just did not want to give me that many pictures for the coupon I had even after customer service told me that they would honor it. Now my pictures are in their data base and I can't download them to another company. They used to do great work I don't know what happened. Company probably went to a foreign company so you can no longer talk to an American. TERRIBLE service
Absolutely the worst prints I've ever seen. A 4 year old with a box of crayons could make better pictures
I ordered 6 picture pillow. Before I ordered, asked chat if comes with insert or I wanted to buy one. Was told it comes with insert. Arrived and didn't, they did nothing to fix it. Made it sound like my fault.
This was a gift and very disappointed! Will not do business again with them!
Ordered a large blanket, received an 8 inch by 8 inch print. All links on the website no longer work, phone number doesn't work, live chat doesn't work, and email gets bounced back. Charged over amount on my 'receipt' (over 120$) and indicated order was delivered.

Ordered double prints. Received quadruple and sextuplet prints and missing 25 % percent of other prints. Can't call. You have to chat. Disconnected me twice. It was my first order. Used the promo code to order double prints. Took over 2 weeks to get them. They wanted to offer me store credit for the missing pics and redo my order for the missing ones. Doesn't include the free double prints from the promo code. Tried to be fair and said just send me 3 8x10's free shipping of my choice. They said no. You can receive the credit before free prints and reorder. The pics weren't that great quality in the first place. It was like a 1 hour photo hut that takes 2 weeks. This has to be a home based business on the side.
I was denied the advertised promotion and the company does not provide a good phone number that you can call for support. This company is not what it used to be.
Ordered photos from Snapfish for gift. Wish I read the reviews first. What an embarrassment for quality. They were blurry and cropped. The customer service representative blamed me for low quality photos (they were professional and came out beautiful through Shutterfly. When they gave a credit but wouldn't cover shipping I was disappointed and told the representative that. She ended the chat.
You have to do the chat and end up in another country. They cannot read English so the computer translate you plus the representative. You get no where with your question because they don't a clue.
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
