Snapfish charged my card but did not deliver. And there is virutally no way to get in touch with them They have no phone number or email and when I go to chat it asks me to sign in and does throws an error when I put in my UN and PW. Terrible company.
I called Snapfish after receiving photos that are blurry and grainy. Customer service said I uploaded photos smaller than the recommended size. As I knew I had pulled the photos directly from my albums, I knew I had done it correctly. The representative I spoke to informed me of the "upload preferences" option hidden in the bottom right corner of the upload page. There you can choose standard or full resolution options. Why on earth would I intentionally choose photos of less than optimum quality?! I feel absolutely duped by this shady business practice. I have been ordering form Snapfish for years, but after this experience, I am never ordering from them again! My advice: take your business elsewhere!
I've ordered canlendars for years from Snapfish and have always been happy with the quality. That is except for the past two years. I thought last year was a fluke that all the heavy cardstock they're printed on (I order the really expensive ones) curled on the tops and bottoms. They almost rolled down from the top and the bottom portion of the calender buckled. We had a humid year so I blamed it on that. Since I design all the pictures from my own photos, I save all the calendars from over the years. So out of curiosity and not remembering this wet, curled paper look, I pulled out past calendars and not one of them is curled or bowed. The paper is much heavier and they were just stunning. I decided to try again this year and am having the same issue as last year without being able to blame it on high humidity. Just lower quality without any price adjustment. Sadly, this will be the last year I design and have premium calendars printed out with Snapfish.
Photos show the top of the calendar curling. It's not humid this year.
The prints I ordered are flimsy, too glossy, colors are off. Better off going to Walmart. Very dissatisfied.
If I could give zero stars I would. Spent hours uploading my pictures and placed my order. It was supposed to take about 2 weeks. When they never showed up, I checked the tracking and it said they were still processing. I waited another week and tried to contact Snapfish which is not easy, you cannot speak with a real person. They have a phone number but it's just a busy signal when you call. I finally did the live chat and they told me the order was canceled because one photo was blank? Never got a text or email letting me know there was a problem with a photo. Which does not make sense anyway. "Just don't print that photo" I re ordered - waited another two weeks. The day they were supposed to arrive, I received an email that morning saying they were cancelled. Did the live chat again and " a photo was blank" Of course the live chat person could not explain what that means? Just reassured me my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. I've now been waiting for about two months for these pictures, so I decide to just have them developed thru Snapfish but Walgreens actually develops them and I can pick them up the same day. I show up to Walgreens because Snapfish page says my photos are ready to be picked up and guess what? Walgreens says Snapfish never sent them. Another "Live Chat" they tell me a "PHOTO WAS BLANK" if I don't know which photo is the problem and I cannot speak to someone about it, how am I supposed to fix this problem. Ridiculous customer service. I will NEVER use them again.
If I could rate zero I would. The photos produced are so inaccurate that they do not fit the frames bought to fit the same size photo. They cut people off the end of the photos (which was not shown in the edit as it was uploaded) and the customer service is absolutely shocking. Very very very disappointed with this company. And no one was willing to help resolve it, offer a replacement or provide a refund. The photos, from my wedding, unfortunately have had to go straight in the bin as they are very poorly made, unprofessional and the wrong size. I would NEVER RECOMMEND and certainly will NEVER use again. I have had to cut my losses due to the incompetence of the customer service agents and take my business elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will be very disappointed!

I have been having a terrible time contacting SNAPFISH. Their live chat doesn't work, the phone numbers don't work and there is no e-mail address. I received a photo canvass order that has a deep crease across the top of our faces and the canvas was not stretched properly. I am so disappointed. I have ordered may photos and books from them in the past that have been very nice. But I am so upset I can't even talk to them about the problem with this order. I probably won't use them again.
Ordered a photobook on Snapfish. Very disappointed with the quality of the pictilures. They came out much darker than visible on screen and people's faces became barely visible. I had the same pictures printed as loose pictures in a local pharmacy and they were fine. So somehow Snapfish managed to ruin them by messing with them.
Dragging on for a month…I received a project that was horrible quality and asked for a refund as their sight says. The customer service e reps always have to send a request to the "next level". They not able to give refunds. There have been so many back and forth with the service person contacting the next level, and usually the answers that come back have nothing to do with the quality I mentioned. It's a cycle that keeps going round and round. They say they can't give a refund even when I sent them their policy. OMG. This is ridiculous. I won't ever order from them. Something has changed in the last years.
I ordered a few hundred photos from Snapfish, and almost all of them were horrible quality. A lot of the photos didn't even have coloring in them. Will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.
I used to love snapfish! Their prices were great, shipping was fast and the images were better quality than Walgreens. I had a recent order that almost all the pictures came on a thinner paper and all the images looked grainy and not great quality. All of the pictures were taken on a Canon or my iPhone 14 so I know its not image quality. Many of them looked as if I just printed them myself at home. I do not think I will order from them again as customer service isn't really doing much to answer my questions on if it was just the batch or if they switched vendors. Sad since this used to be my favorite site.
After placing an order I quickly realised the delivery address was wrong. I contacted the company and was told the address would be changed and the item delivered to the correct address but they then delivered it to the original wrong address instead. There are many company's that offer this printing service so best to look elsewhere as this company has the worst customer service I have ever encounted. They won't even give me a refund!
Snapfish has zero integrity. When live chatting (bc they don't answer their customer service number) with a Snapfish employee, they told me that I could combine two promos on the photo book order I was about to create. I asked him to verify it bc it did not seem correct. He came back a few minutes later and said that both promos could be used. When I was finished with the project, one promo did not work. I then live chatted with three more employees over a span of three days. Finally the last customer service rep agreed that shipping should not be charged and that should would email me how it will be rectified. A few hours later I got an email from upper management letting me know that they were taking full responsibility but nothing could be done. How absolutely absurd is that! If nothing can be done, they are taking no responsibility. I will be going elsewhere even if it ends up costing more. I have been ordering from Snapfish for seven years and if this is how they treat long term customers, I refuse to do business with them.
They destroyed all my photos and refused to return the money. The photos were so cropped that half of the head was cut off. And the overall quality was too low.
Bad company. I had a project going and needed my photos urgently ordered with enough time to arrive. When it got closer I haven't received I chatted with them they told me there's an issue and they're canceling it I should reorder. They didn't tell me anything about what the issue was. I reorder and the same happened... stay away from this company
I have given this company so much business and have printed over 10 photo books for each of my child's birthdays. Ordered pictures that said delivered but never received. I called the 800 no one picks up. I reached out to them via chat, they start the chat with a greeting, ask you to hold a few minutes to look up your order to never return. The chat runs out of time and it ends automatically. After so many attempts I ask about the order, long story short they mailed it to a different address. I asked if they can make a correction and to mail my order to the correct address and asked if they could credit for the inconvenience and their answer was "no". I ordered it again and had to pay a second time, but after today I will be taking my business elsewhere. Horrible company and horrible customer service.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ONLINE PHOTO ORDERS. I WILL POST THIS EVERYWHERE I CAN.
Don't let they're deals fool you. I order 100 photos snd never got them. Ima sue them. I tried contacting someone but they never got back to me.
The color is so washed out, I literally can't even use the photos. The paper is SO thin it's horrid
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
