Exercise Spanx leggings crawl up my leg while exercising. Uncomfortable to have to adjust constantly. I don't recommend. Look elsewhere. Threads hanging out - just not the quality I previously experienced.

I ordered my item (faux leather pants) on January 14th. It's is now January 26th and my item has been "stuck" at the post office since 1/19. There has been no movement or updates. I contacted customer service and was told that I have to wait until they can confirm that the pants haven't arrived. Ok, so today is Thursday and I have to wait until Monday for them to confirm that I haven't received my pants. Once they confirm that I haven't received them, they will reship. If I want to cancel the item and go buy them at the store, I would have to wait 30 days for a refund. Either way, Spanx took $88 for the pants and I still don't have them. Do not buy from this company because they will not help you resolve the issue. They take your money, and will not go out of their way to get you the item, even when the item is obviously "stuck" or "lost"; the agent has access to the same tracking information as I do and can see the status. I'm disgusted, am out almost $90 and STILL HAVE NO PANTS.
I ordered a product online from Spanx and selected regular shipping (5-9 business days). My email confirmation, however, stated that the estimated delivery date was in fact 8-14 business days away, too late for my needs. And when I tried to call to cancel the order (five minutes after I placed it), I was informed that Spanx simply will not change or cancel orders once they are placed. I will never place an online order with this vendor again.

Spanx website and customer service are awful. What I ordered was completely opposite from what I received. When I asked customer service their initial response was a gift card for an item I just purchased and not even a refund, which is stupid in itself.
It was also a Christmas gift and they refused to overnight a different pair so I can have something under the tree. First time shopping here and won't purchase again.
I bought my favorite faux leather leggings. They came in a package that I thought the plastic would come off the pants. Well to my surprise the pants are synthetic plastic. I own previous pair cropped comfortable but they don't really hold you in. Customer service is horrible. They're sweet and kind but incompetent. Most of the products are defective. They're not very nice and when you complain they tell you to contact their customer relations. Nonsense no one gets back to you. I saw the billionaire owner of the company in a Forbes magazine. She should be ashamed of herself. Her product has gone downhill big time. They probably outsourced it to another cheap labor place to manufacture or changed the fabric. I'm appalled that anyone would tolerate their nonsense. Try returning something, whole major project. They make everything so difficult. My suggestion? DO NOT BUY FROM SPANX DOT COM. Simply go to a department store where returns are reasonable and simple. Plus you get to see and feel the item and there's no hidden surprise. I'm a business owner and if I owned Spanx and tried yo get in touch with SPANX customer service and saw how frustrating it is for a consumer before I go on vacation or go to the bank, I would revamp and fix the internal issues. They're team is complicated and they're trained to say nothing but kind apologetic words disingenuous and annoying. I'm still trying to reach them and it says On the recording We are experiencing technical difficulties. Try your call later. Ugg how frustrating two days before christmas. As I said in this long previous review GO BUY SPANX AT A REPUTABLE STORE. NOT SPANX.Com they are incompetent.
Purchased over $300+ of spanx merchandise at an airport…took advice of sales person & purchased a top that did not fit properly.
Called customer service to get a refund of the top only of $68 + tax….was told they couldn't refund me because "they have nothing to do with the airport locations"….how do you have nothing to do with a store with your name on it?

Before I ordered my briefs I got on line with chat to discuss my concern. I asked if they rolled down at the waist and was assured they would not. That is not true. Not only do the briefs roll at the waist so do the $195 denim flare midnight jeans. They are the most uncomfortable and worst fitting jeans I've ever purchased. Unfortunately, I can't return the jeans because I had them shortened. I would not recommend this clothing to anyone.
Placed an order and realized I entered the wrong shipping address. Called within 5 minutes of placing and there was nothing they could do other than tell me I could send it back (at a cost of $10 - my mistake so I was willing to eat that). Placed a second order to the correct address with expedited shipping (1-3 days) at an additional cost. It is now going on to day three and the order hasn't even left the warehouse. Contacted customer service yet again and nothing they can do. Don't know why it hasn't been shipped, can't cancel the order(s) can't refund the extra shipping. All they could do was say sorry and that their hands were tied. So now I am impatiently waiting for two orders that I will return (as I won't have the item for the event I needed it for) and I have to pay to return them even though they didn't fulfill the expedited shipping promise. So very frustrated. My advice? Don't bother using rush shipping or trying to get assistance.
I bought a spanx shirt ($68) wore it twice and washed on gentle cycle and hung to dry. Now this shirt has little balls all over. Not happy with this product and definitely not worth the money!
My Spanx bra snap in front broke. I asked customer service for a replacement snap so I can fix it since the bra still has at least a year of use left.

I just went through a nightmare experience with Spanks. I'm 5'2" and generally wear a size 21/22 or 2X or 3X. I ordered several pairs of thier Flare Jeans in 2X and 3X Petite in black and white. I also purchased Thinstincts 2.0 Open-Bust Mid-Thigh Bodysuit in 3X. I was hopeful and really excited to receive my purchase! Well, I was unable to get either the 2X or 3X pants over my hips, and the length was at least 3" longer than my inseam. As for the bodyshaper, forget about it. That wasn't going to fit me either. Spanx, you have no idea what a petite plus size womans body is. And for my plus size sisters, stay away from Spanx, unless perhaps you're a smaller plus size girl. It's fairly depressing trying to look good as a plus size woman.
I ordered Spanx high rise flares to take on a trip. I had carefully assessed the length issue and based upon what is on line ordered regular. I'm 5'7', their site states that petite is for much shorter individuals/that their pants are a length suitable for a higher heel. Pants arrived, and were 3 " on more too long - called today to see if they would send expedited shipping so I could have for trip in petite, explained I'm an attorney, new customer, likely will order more but need these pants for trip. They said it would be another $26+ for shipping to expedite - I asked for manager and was told no manager available for 24 hours or longer. She apologized but said there is no fix unless I pay the extra expedited shipping. I explained I'd return them and would not be ordering again, that at my office we would not treat a client in this way, especially with the misleading information on length. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered leather like pants and the reinforcement on one of the back corner pockets was not attached. When I pull the corner pocket reinforcement part, you can see the hole it's suppose to be sewn to. I purchased this online November of last year 2021. Tags are still on and have not been worn. This is my 3rd pant that I've purchased online within the last year or two and have not worn any of them yet. With COVID, I haven't had much opportunities to wear these items. I understand there's a policy but being that I haven't even worn them and it wasn't my doing that it is damaged, I just expected a better solution than sorry it's too late but you can have 15% off your next purchase. Why would I purchase something again if I wasn't satisfied with the service? Their products aren't exactly affordable or inexpensive. Knowing when to give good customer service when sending defective products should be a priority than saying sorry it's past 6 months is ridiculous. I'm a business owner myself and I know when I have to go beyond the policy to make my customers happy.
Very dissatisfied with Spanx Twill pants. Paid $128 and there is discoloration after washing. I washed them as directed - the discoloration is not through out, it's spotty. Reached out to customer service and they only offered 10% off my next purchase. Very disappointed in the product! NEVER AGAIN! Pants are ruined - please keep in mind that I don't wear them often, so they have not been washed but 3 times since I've had *******@spanx
I ordered a pair of women's flair jeans, size xl. Regular length. They were four inches too long and I am 5'8". I called and the person said I had to order a Petite. Seriously? I have never, ever been in a petite anything. They said I had to read the small print about their sizing, which says they expect the customer to be wearing 4" heels! I now have to swallow the entire cost of the product. Never will I look at this product again. I will also tell others of my experience.
My fault, I didn't check before I bought it. Arrived and didn't fit, return cost me $15.00 and I folded this tank top the smallest that it would fold, which was pretty small and the thinnest paper envelope I could get and I lost $15 from $60.00 because the SPANX didn't fit. Not good, so if you don't mind losing $15.00 off of what you paid, then go for it but I won't make the same mistake twice.

Spanx will not file a claim. They want me to wait 7 days for them to send a new spanx, then I have to send that back for a refund.
I don't want it delivered in a week or two. I needed it by today! They will not refund me until the whole month long process takes place!
