I've been ordering from their Assets line, which is less expensive than some of their other stuff. It is very good value. Custormer service is generally OK. One problem is that they won't take the VISA card I normally use- they insist that the address I give does not match with what's on the account. I checked with my bank and that's not true. I've never had a problem with this card at any other website. So I have to use a different card to shop at Spanx.
I have used this website a few times of the past year because I love the product. First, I encountered by first issue- sent the wrong item- and not just the wrong size or color and completely, unrlelated item. I contacted customer service and issue resolved within a few minutes. Second, I sent an email to their 'contact us' regarding questioning if they would be adding a customer review option in the future- I received a prompt, personal reply back!
