Spectrum take over of Brighhouse is horrible. Service not up to par. Now after being with Brighthouse for over 18 years Spectrum excitedly tells us for being loyal existing customers we will pay $49 more per month than new customers coming on board.

I called time waned/spectrum to see what packages they offered cable only customers all these commercials claiming spectrum is so good what f... joke if you bundle yes but cable only that's_a joke they told me I'd drop from over 200 channels to 25 and my bio! Please cut out the commercials. If you would stop at least some of then maybe you could cut down the monthly charge. Also some of the commercials are absolutely stupid!. Like the one that says "if you are watching this then you are probably new to Spectrum" How in the hell does that make any sense? I'm so tired of these that I'm half tempted to quit you and got to ATT or direct... both are cheaper.

If I could give zero stars I would! Complete $#*! service and customer service! Worst Internet company out there! To bad there's no other options where I live! Very dissatisfied
TWC / Spectrum lies about its promotions. They mailed me, an existing customer, a letter saying to call a specified number and I would save $25/mo. And be provided with a higher speed internet service. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with 3 different agents each telling that they could not do what their mailer said, I achieved nothing. Save your time and money. Do Not use TWC Spectrum.
Cable companies are bottom feeders. We have all spoken and been cut off from customer service from India to Manila... but I have to say, BH is actually very good (In Florida) They have nice people, they show up asap, telephone and in house free tech support with IT people with personalities, local offices, pretty good continuous service (Phone, cable/internet). They handle all 3 services so you are not talking to different companies.
No one has apparently told them that cable service is supposed to be a nightmare and that you should not call your cable provider if sharp objects are around... so shhhh keep this a secret!
