1st Time Purchaser

This is my first purchase of a mobility scooter so I called Spinlife customer service. The rep that took my call was extremely patient and was able to answer all my questions making my decision process so easy. The follow-up email confirmation of our call along with the quote was all included in the email making it so easy to just click on the order button. My representative was professional and made this experience and purchase effortlessly.

Never buy a lift chair from spinlife
August 14, 2024

When I bought the lift chair I paid with a credit card and was billed immediately. It literally took months to deliver, and only after I stared calling weekly. That chair failed and is being replaced under warrantee. Well it's taking months to get it replaced. I am now starting to call weekly.

Ordered scooter on 6-5-24 with white glove service. Found out there was 380 miles difference and several weeks wait. Disputing prior order and placed new order as a direct. I'll take my chances.
