They were giving away samples on Facebook in which they said were free, now without telling me they charged my credit card $246, that is not free then they tell me if I keep it after 60 days and get a refund, at no point in time did they ever inform me that they charged my credit card that amount. They also have another order on the way but yet I received no notice about that either I will be disputing this with my credit card company I also received an email stating that my card will not be charged. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE EVERY CENT FROM YOU AND THE PRODUCTS SUCK AND STINK SO IF YOU GOT ASTHMA LIKE I DO THERE'S NO WAY A PERSON COULD USE THIS PRODUCT NOTHING LIKE TRYING TO ENDANGER SOMEBODY'S LIFE
I love the liquid collegen. My hair, skin and nails are healthier. I got it for my hair and its growing back thicker and stronger. I also noticed that my arthritis doesn't bother me as bad and my stomach isn't bloated all the time. I've been using it 2 months and ordered a subscription! Customer service is a little slow, you have to stay on top of your order.
First time ordering from Them & They messed up the flavor I wanted. & then They send a code so I can repurchase one. Instead of sending Me the flavor I wanted because they messed up. Rip off. Never ordering from them again. First & last time. & the shipping too it took a while!

The liquid and powder collagen supplements are really amazing! The liquid one tastes especially good and I look forward to drinking it every day. I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin from a natural glow forming to my acne disappearing. I have also noticed my hairline is growing in for the first time in years. They also have some of the best service, like sending a personal thank you from a staff member after ordering, a thank you and discounts for leaving honest feedback, and adding a free product to every order.
The bad reviews seem to be fake. I can't imagine that many (over 100) customers being so unhappy with the products and service. Granted, I haven't tried any products other than the two collagen products, but can imagine they are also very high-quality.

Received my Spoiled Child Anti aging glycol renewing serum when I purchased something from El Makiage. When I went to return both products, El Makiage let me keep the product. However when trying to return the Spoiled Child serum I followed the instructions, received a message that said I could keep the product after clicking on an authentication email before the free trial period. Well, I never got the email. I followed the instructions three times. I finally got in touch with their customer where they sent a return product label. In order to not be charged I must return the product before the end of the trial. Very confusing. Very difficult to deal with. Didn't work and definitely not worth the price point.

I placed an order for the "try before you buy" package. Understood that I would not be charged until I decided to keep it. My account was charged $132+ immediately. You can't call so I emailed, told them I couldn't believe they charged my account immediately, I wanted a refund and do not want the product. I was told that they charge your account to protect against fraud. Who does that? They agreed to refund the amount, which took TEN BUSINESS DAYS. The next week I was charged $165+ for a "subscription" that I signed up for. Did not understand I did that. Again you cannot call, had to email and WAIT. They agreed to suspend subscription and refund in TEN BUSINESS DAYS. The next day I was charged $165+ AGAIN. I am now out $300+ and never tried the product and WILL NEVER try the product. You can VENMO, Zelle, ApplePay where you can call if there are problems. I now have to email and wait again for a resolution. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.

The whole time I was filling out the order form it only stated that I would be paying $5 for shipping that's it and as soon as I placed the order it took out $110 I got an email saying it's just a temporary hold and it'll be back in 1-4 business days it's been longer then that I tried to cancel the order after it took the money and they wouldn't let me cancel and just offered me credit

The spoiled child hair care isn't worth the money. It's basically rosemary essential oil that comes in what looks to be a big bottle for 60.00 buy is actually a very small bottle of product. Really is a rip off. Only thing good is the smell. I have used this product 2 times and the ~ actual 1.7 ounces is almost gone. Very disappointed! Expensive for zero product!

This company feeds off robbing consumers. They make it impossible to get in contact with them…any company not willing to give a phone number is a huge red flag. 30 seconds after ordering, I emailed them to cancel the order. They responded saying that "their system is so quick and are unable to cancel orders" ABSOLUTE LIE. The prices are not shown in USD and though this may be my fault for not researching before hand, but my Apple Pay acknowledged my face authentication and that's when it popped up in USD and it went through before I had the chance to move and not place the order. After viewing other reviews I now see it is going to be very likely that I won't receive a refund, and potentially won't even receive the product. This company needs to be stopped and I hope someone out there who's been wronged by them is able to with a lawsuit against them.

I have never even heard of the website they're saying that I ordered a free trial and that I can send it back if I don't want it but I never ordered it. No matter what I don't get the shipping back that I didn't offer to pay. I have a feeling it's going to be pretty hard getting any money back from them

All kinds of mixed messaging. Trial is for 60 days. Product only lasts 30, but no results for 90 days. You have to invest hundreds of dollars before you find out the product doesn't work. Cant get a refund. No live customer service. Scam! Scam! Scam! Run the other way!

Don't waste money here... getting help only via email or sms is not ok. It takes more than 24-48 hours for response. If they read the entirety of the email and answer ALL of your questions, this would be acceptable. Problem is you have to write the email, wait for a response, and then only get part of your email answered. Then you have to wait another 24-48 hours to get the remainder of your questions answered. Absolutely a waste of my time. I was really starting to like their products, but they have completely turned me off.

I purchased a sample of one of their conditioning hair masques. It does not work on semi-course wavy hair. It didn't feel very moisturizing.
Also, they charged me $111.55 a month later. I never subscribed to anything. I simply purchased a sample product.

Not only does this product NOT do anything what so ever for your hair they keep charging your credit card. I haven't ordered anything else because their product is garbage but I just got another $60 charge for absolutely nothing... I would NOT even bother with this product. Infact they should be charged with theft for charging peoples cards just because they want to. I will be contacting the appropriate authorities until I receive all funds they have stolen from my card.

No doubt! This hair spray worked for me. As well as reduced my hairfall but they charged me more than expected. In the place of $97 I was charged for $#*!ing $170.
