I have had to called customer service multiple times because I can't get any search results out of the info I put in and for $29.95 a month I am not happy. I've been a member for 1 year but have had nothing but problems the entire time and very if any results from searches. Customer service says "what's the number im trying to get info on and they will look. Isn't that what I'm paying a fee for so I can do that? Overall not a good experience. And the info they do provide I can look up on Google and get same results.

I think so far that everything is going really well. I am very hopeful that all this information I'm about to received will be complete and forward so I'm just going to have to wait and see I don't know what I'm going to get yet because I've never used this site before but I have belief that it will be very helpful and very informative and money well spent.
