Thanks to the tailor made fitting my daughter was able to find a beautiful dress that would fit her perfectly. My daughter is tall and slim. Finding her a dress that fits is very difficult. Stacees made that process very pleasant and my gave my daughter the confidence about finding the right fit for her. The website layout is simple to use with most dresses available to see in multiple colors. Options to order off rack sizes or customize is very direct with allowances for time plainly stated. A good variety of dresses to choose from makes compromising with my daughter (what's age appropriate but still fun) easy!

Unless you're okay with "final sale." By far the worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to returns. To be fair, the dresses themselves are beautiful and good quality — no complaints there. But we ordered a few different sizes to try on and wanted to return the one that didn't fit best. That's where the nightmare started. Their return policy is completely misleading. It sounds like a simple 14-day, worry-free return, but when you actually contact them, they string you along. Instead of approving a return, they repeatedly suggest you keep the dress and try to resell it yourself, offering between $20–$70 "partial refunds" as compensation. After several emails requesting a proper return address, they finally tell you to ship it all the way to China (even though the dresses didn't ship from there) — and even then, they charge a "materials fee." The address they gave turned out to be a residential building, not a business. It feels like a total scam. In the end, I would've recovered only about $20 of the $300 I spent. The whole process seems designed to run out the clock on their 14-day return window. But after all the back-and-forth, they finally admit returns are only accepted for defective items. Had I known that, I never would've ordered multiple sizes. Their public response says they're "trying their best," but honestly, their best would be a transparent, functional return policy. If you know your exact size and are 100% sure which dress you want, you might be fine — but if you need any flexibility, be warned: returns are basically impossible.

My daughter found a beautiful dress and we had them custom made her size as we were unsure on how the other would fit. The whole process was super easy and the dress was gorgeous! After we ordered they double checked that we sent over the right sizing. We were able to check the status of the dress the whole time. It arrived a week or so before they said it would so we were super excited to receive it.

Ordered 2 of the same dress with intentions of returning 1 in order to get the size right. Stacee's wouldn't approve the return because they said I ordered a custom size even though the price with shipping that I paid didn't I include custom sizing.
