The box was delivered when I was on a business trip to Milwaukee. I got back reviewed the clothes which most I liked. I wanted to return some shoes that had cosmetic issues and not my style and a belt that did not fit. I find out I cannot return them. I looked at them over the weekend and made my selection upon my return yet the clock started ticking five days before I could look at them!
Not good service
The clothes are nice and, surprisingly, fit better than I expected. Better than when I shop for myself. I have submitted changes to my original styles and sizes and the next box reflected those changes immediately. Great service and great value thus far.

I am pretty busy, and grateful that I can get a box shipped to my house, verify everything fits, and exchange anything that doesn't work. I've had really good luck and choices are in line with my fit and fashion. Happy customer here.

For the most part, I enjoyed the experience. All items are of quality and for the most part, fit my style. The one sticking point is value... as in, is it worth it?
This is a question I would answer, "Yes it is", but the margin, IMO, for me, was slim. Slim enough that I will take a break for now.

Great box to start but then they started to feel lackluster with same brands and smaller quantities of items.

A stylist, or AI Bot reached out to me before my last shipment. I said great timing; I wanted bright colors vs dark. I was assured I would get bright colors in the shipment. It was the complete opposite.

While i have been very impressed with the ease of receiving the box and returning items and even fairly impressed with the variety of items received. I have been very dissatisfied with the actual items received and how to communicate to the stylist what i am looking for. I have received numerous colors and styles that are not my preference. For example i have received many black and dark grays and requested not to have them.

I received the same pants as I did in previous order. Does the stylist review what has already been sent? I updated my examples pictures to receive clothing that is more aligned to the hot humid climate of Houston texas. I have received several long sleeves which are great for a few, now requesting for short sleeves and possibly nice dress shorts but did not receive this time. Please advise how I can return two shirts and the pants I already have. Thank you.

The first box is great and arrives in a timely manner. But then the shipments get later & later. Staley always bills on time but the box delivery is always getting pushed back by a week or two, not days

I received similar items items that don't fit items I would never wear. I've done the clothing match and it just doesn't seem that I'm getting what I'm looking for. And I've received clothing that are not up to my expectations as far as quality.
