After several attempts to adjust the order, I concluded, this is not for me. I worked with a Stylist, made my request known on items that were not a choice, what shows up in my first order, items that I stated were not my choice. At the highest level for premium service, my expectations are, if the client is asked a preference, that should mean just that. For me, too many excuses to get it right on the next order, overlooked the order in front of you.
Products that you guys provide are not what you say they are. Certainly it worth the price that is listed at the list pricing. Shoes and belts are extremely cheap and not worth $90+ for a belt and $200 for shoes.
All clothes are extremely wrinkle prone esp in comparison to new types of clothes these days.
We are so sorry the value of the items was not up to par. We do not pick the pricing of the items and they are picked prior to us receiving the items from our brand partners. I asked for shirts only in tall sizes. It was not until the last request and exchange that some one stated you had no tall.
We are so sorry to hear you were not a fan of our service Daniel. We do not list tall sizing when filling out the style quiz. We also do mention we do not carry tall sizing on our FAQ page. We are so sorry about this and we will be sure to share this feedback with our brand partners in the hopes of carrying tall sizing in the future!
Was really excited to start this, but soon found out that the clothes they picked out were not for me. I don't think I ever kept a box they sent. I always had to send back and request different clothes before they got it somewhat right. I did like a few items they sent. The bomber jacket in the first box is great! Some of the shirts and pants I still wear. But overall, it wasn't a good value and I would have to settle for clothes that were just okay. And I would have to request different clothes with every box.

I've left message after message explaining the button up shirts you're sending DO NOT FIT! I updated my style preference on your website. Yet, you continue to send what will not fit. I requested a call, which has yet to happen.

While it's hard to nail the clothing in every box, Stately does a great job honoring their promise for exchanges as we work through getting to know each other.

Father's day gift, was skeptical of a paid service. Figured it was going to be a one and done thing, where I wouldn't wear anything shipped. Totally wrong. Loved every item, and the stylist even sent something I've always wanted but would never purchase on my own.

I have had one decent experience in 4 boxes. Too many duplications and size issues and never following instructions... very fristrating please, please acknowledge my cancellation wish.

I was skeptical about signing up for this service but I was interested in trying something different. I hate shopping for clothes and have zero sense of style but always appreciate and even envy others who are well dressed. I have gotten 3 boxes so far from Stately and love everything they have put together for me. I get a lot of compliments from friends, family and colleagues.

For the receipt of my last order, I received a shirt that was almost identical to a shirt I received before. Although the shirt is a very nice-looking shirt (casual blue long sleeve); a variation of color would have been nice. Thank you.

TL;DR stick to the lower or middle level plans to get some solid staples for good value. The highest level plan does not live up to expectations.
This is a great way to get some solid staples for a decent value. The pricing is fair, but you get what you pay for. At the lower and middle level packages, my opinion is that this service makes sense. At the highest levels, you may be let down if you are expecting truly premium brands/fabrics/styles.
Also, it's hard not to feel that some undesirable/overstocked items are being dumped on you. In almost every box I received, there was something (ranging from socks through button up shirts) that I really did not like but ended up keeping because the exchange process is sort of a PITA and takes quite a while.
All in all this a solid subscription service. Could be improved by including more premium brands/clothing with higher level packages and by simplifying and/or expediting the exchange process.

Experience has been ok so far. Boxes arrive on time. I was looking forward to some nice summer outfits/shorts and button down short sleeve shirts for this summer. But my last box for July included black pants, and a long sleeve half zip. Yes, I could send it back but they will come in handy this winter. It would be nice to get things season appropriate that you could wear right away. Not have to Waite for a season change.

Great quality and selection but would've liked more shorts in my last order for summer and early Fall. Hoping to get a mixture of pants and shorts/shirts or polos in next order.

The quality of the clothing sent recently appears to be declining. Additionally, there have been numerous sizing errors which cause frustrations when I am not able to send back in the allotted time frame. I am considering other options at this point.

Overall it was a positive experience. I received a really nice pair of red shorts, navy blue tshirt that fit nicely. I received a hideous button down shirt that was an awkward fit and is already in the garage sale pile. Received a black collarless shirt with a button neck; really liked it. I also received a free pair of no show socks that refused to stay on my feet so they have already been thrown away. Overall I feel my boxes have been nice but I don't find with the designs/brands it's worth it.

I was very excited to start my subscription with Stately. The idea of having a personal shopper was otherworldly. I always felt like I had a good sense of style but when I started to look at my closet, it was mostly blacks, grays and jeans. So when I got my first shipment, it was very well put together. I have never really been a flannel guy but the push the envelope for me. I tried it on, and my family stated that it looked pretty good! So I was pretty excited to receive my next shipment. Lo and behold, another flannel shirt, and more jeans. This net box also had some pretty stylish gray boots which I would've never purchased. But again I did like the overall flow for the most part. The next month another shipment came and oh my gosh another flannel. In addition, the layers that they included over the three month. We're all fairly much the same just different colors. I felt as though there was not a lot of creativity going on. I went online and left my feedback and basically stated please don't send me any more flannels. The next month I got two flannels lol. So I think pretty shortly after that, I cancel the subscription. I still like the thought of a personal shopper, but I'm not sure if this particular model work for me.
