My experience with Stately has been great. I can't believe how many compliments I've gotten on various pieces of clothing I've received. I originally intended to try Stately for 6 months or one year, but now I'd like to continue longer. I've only had to exchange something for a different size once, and the process was very easy.

I appreciate that I'm a le to critique my styles and also receive positive acknowledgement of my concerns. I love the style choices and combinations. Much appreciated!

Experience with bimonthly box and customer service has been great.

I like solid colors for my shirts and pants. The last two orders had a pattern shirt that I wold never wear.

Also beige pants, I have gotten in almost every order. Are there any other color pants?

Started off ok with good conversation about goals and attire use. Provided some pictures of advertised combinations I liked. Boxes were hit and miss, duplicates of dress shirts that were sent in previous boxes, casualwear that was requested not to be sent, some items of poor quality, and a general state of feeling like very little of was communicated was actioned.

Always very nice clothing items and customer service is wonderful to work with.

Overall great experience. The value and quality of products for the price is outstanding. The pieces I received were a great variety of brands and styles that I may not have had an opportunity to try. I only had one shipment that contained items the were not a good fit, but the team at Stately happily allowed me the return them for exchange. I canceled my membership for budgeting purposes, but hope to be able to rejoin again in the future.

My experience with Stately has been entirely frustrating. First, it's been my sense that Stately is just trying to off-load surplus clothing, similar to what you'd find on a clearance rack at Nordstroms, whether the items are what you want or not. I don't think you've ever looked at my style feedback or the photos I uploaded - which came from Stately's Facebook/IG pages - because the items you've sent me don't look anything like those photos or what I've asked for. Right now, I'm stuck with two boxes fully of items I don't want, and if I want to send them back, I'll have to pay for the shipping myself. I might be willing to do that if I thought you'd send back items I actually wanted, but months of experience with Stately indicates that's unlikely. The only reason I haven't cancelled is that I'm crossing my fingers you might be willing to allow me to exchange the items mentioned above. Otherwise, I have no idea what I'm going to do with the items I have. Ultimately, I don't believe I've received the value I've paid for, the experience has been frustrating, and it hasn't improved my wardrobe in any measurable way. You have a lot of work to do to make this service valuable to customers like me.

The boxes they send are excellent combinations for my style and - if something needs to be returned - it happens seamlessly. I highly recommend it!

I have loved 99% of the clothes I have received. It has been a great addition to my wardrobe and I have gotten so many compliments on my outfits. The quality is amazing and the fit actually is great for a guy that is 6"2 and 280lbs. I recommended this to all my friends.

Very seldom do I have to return any items. Usually I love them. But this month I had a shirt that I needed to return for a different size. Stately was great! It was easy to make the return and I received the new shirt very quickly.

The stylists clearly do not look at the style profile or order history. I got the same pants 3 times and about 80% of my items over 4 packages were green! I asked for no more green and they kept sending more green. The items in the boxes looked nothing like the outfits shown on the marketing pictures.

There are always one or two items that I like, but others not so much. Returns are not very easy.

I tried Stately for several months. The number of gray jeans, black jeans, and gray shorts I've received was silly. Shirts were so varied in size they were either too big or not big enough. I truly got tired of complaining and returning clothes so decided to cancel, even after trying a few stylists.

Great Clothes! I love how every box works with the one before!
