The jewelry will take your breath away. Stauer carries jewelry in so many different gem stones you will get dizzy just looking at their catalog. I've purchased about 50 rings over the years. I love their watches too. I have about a dozen of them! Many watches and necklaces were given away as gifts.

Being 'Upgraded to VIP status doesn't/hasn't yet resulted in any apparent, to me, tangible difference!

Stauer is a scam business.I paid for a size seven palmirate ring and blue moisanite. They took my money but never sent the merchandize.

I Bought three diamond tennis bracelets absolutely gorgeous. The inside out diamond earrings beautiful. The iris ring stunning, the black diamond breath taking.

I bought two items from Stauer. First I bought a really nice looking hunting knife because I collect knives. They give you a really nice looking leather sheath for the knife. I did not use the knife because I wanted it to stay new so I put it in the sheath. After two weeks I pulled it out of the sheath, and there was really bad rust on both sides of the blade. I had to buy some medal polish and was able to buff the blade out and remove the rust but really had to work hard at it. I could have sent it back for an exchange, but really don't trust them. The second thing I purchased was a men's Benson Jacket. The jacket was way to big and very heavy, so I decided to send it back since they supposedly have a 100% guaranty (which is BS). The jacket was $149.00, plus a ridiculous $50.00 shipping charge,$15.00 tax, and $3.75 for insurance, what ever in the hell that is. Anyway, I sent it back, and out of the total of $188.91 that I paid, I was only given a $117.00 refund. I was ripped off. These people are criminals, stay clear of them if you can. They sell cheap crap, and try to make it look like you are buying shelf merchandise. Be aware!

Cheap crap. Maybe if you spend 4 or 5 hundred dollars you might get something that doesn't fall apart (literally the bezel fell off when I replaced the dead battery it was shipped with) on the first day. BTW their internals are plastic with Chinese characters (they're made in China that's why it takes so long and costs so much to ship) way to rip off octogenarians living on fixed income.

Then checking always "Stauer" found the Pendant & Ring and bought the "Heart of the Volcano" for my wife and Everything was perfect from the description/placing the order/time if shipping and receiving plus the presentation of the items was worth for my Queen. I ordered jewelry for my girlfriend's birthday and I must say that I really didn't expect to get the jewelry so fast! Quality and design is 10/10! The delivery came early so I had time to prepare. I got the earrings from Stauer which I ordered to my spouse birthday but was really disappointed. One of the earring was defective (gap in the middle of the earring caused it fell apart, Did't expect it from Stauer. I thought its products have good quality control.

Have bought several items from Stauer but one ring lost a stone after just a year of wearing maybe once or twice a month. They have refused to do anything to remedy the situation.

The gold over silver chain looks real & feels comfortable, and is a perfect length.22 inches. It can be put over oneshead without disturbing the clasp. Lobster claw.

Appears to be good quality products at affordable prices.

I am very pleased with the items I recently received.

I've purchased a number of items including a few watches. The analog watches are stylish, function well & have the "heft" you'd expect for a quality wrist watch. My most recent purchase was a "Due Volta" with both analog & digital functions. Three issues with this purchase… first the directions on programming will get you there but are not very intuitive or sufficiently detailed. Second, the 1/100th second function isn't addressed at all & purpose of the "Date" half moon isn't explained & one must surmise that the background changes color to reflect you've successfully moved from the digital display of the time to the digital display of the date. Finally, the metal articulated band will require adjustment by removal of one or more "links" in order to have a secure fit. Directions for this were not provided and the telephone help was marginal. Finally, when you remove the links necessary you sacrifice the final "pin" barrel connection that has the length necessary for the band to join with the clasp. The absence of any directions for what is a fairly simple task (once you have clear guidance) on the work bench with a vise & the loss of the longer "pin barrel" connecting to the clasp really has detracted from the purchase. In posing the watch to photograph this last problem it appears that the absence of the longer "pin barrel" sleeve made it easy for the pin to disconnect. This could result in the loss of the watch under some circumstances.

But I'm still very pleased with Stauer overall & will be writing them about this specific watch to try and get it fixed & fitted properly.
