Experience in purchasing, this product was sensational, however when the product arrived. I was not satisfied with it overall appearance. I was purchasing this product for my wife's birthday, and she was not pleased with it either. It was shipped pack this week.

I have to be honest with you, your prices are good but today I only buy the knives, (my stepson is a collector), and earrings and necklaces with silver. I avoid any jewelry with gold color because my wife had complained, said after a year one of the items I had bought for her, the gold finish turned to like rust color. She ask I not buy her anything with gold color in it. And so I don't.
After a mixup with the address, Stauer worked with me in seeing that the ring was resent in a timely fashion. Staff were very helpful.
