Wow, not often I check the BBB site after the fact and I know why they have an "F" rating with them. I ordered a 5" x 6" collegiate logo sticker and it showed up 3.5" x 4.5". Steve responded with the attitude send it back for a refund, not sure if I did that now I would get the refund. Claimed he's a reseller and not responsible for advertising 5x6 and shipping 3.5 x 4.5 product, that's the way it is. JUST BEWARE, not as good as one hopes

It seems like you are going out of business. I have tried to order several different items several different times and are never in stock. Even when I put it down to e-mail me when in stock, it take weeks to get it. You used to have a better stock and now do not know what is happening!

I ordered 5 stickers that were in stock but it still took 2 1/2 weeks to receive them. Forget calling nobody answers the telephone. This isn't the first time I ordered. I have ordered 3 times before and each time it takes 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to receive order. The only reason I continue to be a customer is because they have items you can't find anywhere else. YOU NEED TO GET PRODUCTS SHIPPED FASTER.
Ordered 2 stickers last month paying instantly with Paypal. Thought they'd be here by now so when I checked the status of my order, it said "processing". They don't return emails or phone calls. Constantly get their "answering service". Which is an answering machine.
The delivery from this site was horrible. An order placed on 11/2 finally arrived on 11/22. My first and last order.
I purchase heritage ribbon magnets for irish, Scottish festivals. They sell well, and they last a long time on automobiles. Very unique magnets. Easy to purchase on the website & arrives in timely manner. Now if they would just get in the wales magnet I would rate this 5.
The products and service from Sticker Shoppe.com was great however the item I ordered doesn't actually work as it was advertised to. I bought a static cling to use on the inside window of my car and 1) The graphics weren't reversed so they showed correctly when I placed the cling on the back inside window of my car and 2) To get the graphic to display the correct way, I'd have to stick the cling on the OUTSIDE of my car for it to appear the way you'd want it to. When advertised, the clings said "This static cling is placed on the inside of a window and is protected from outside elements such as weather and car washes." However, who wants to put a cling inside a car window backwards? If it wasn't more to return the static cling than I'd get back, I'd have sent this item back for incorrect advertising. A little disappointing...
It took 30 days for me to receive a car magnet. And it arrived unassembled! I received a sticker and then a magnetic sheet that's way bigger than the sticker. The sticker itself seems like one good rain will soak it through. I'm disappointed all around.
Products took over two weeks to arrive. One product was ordered magnetized, I received the sticker with a separate square magnet that I had to cut to fit. I asked customer service about this and was told it was clearly stated what "magnetized" meant on the web site. I guess I am blind. Also, two of the products were wrong. They sent out the right ones (another two weeks) with a paid return envelope (the only reason they get two stars). I do not plan on ever buying from this company again.

Great selection of stickers, but what REALLY makes me buy them is when I can get a magnetized sticker, as I don't want to stick something onto my car permanently.

Customer ordered 2 #21782051 Wincraft University Of Colorado - 5x6 Ultra Decals. Customer claimed that size was 3.5x5 inches. We contacted customer and told him that the actual size of the decals we sent him was 4.5x5.5 inches and we apologized that we were using the specs of the manufacturer Wincraft and did not know there was a half size difference in what they used.
Customer asked what he could do about the decals. We OFFERED A FULL REFUND as any business would do, but that wasn’t good enough.
We had stated that we have sold many of these ultra decals and were not aware that there was an issue but that he could return the decals for a full refund or if we could send him a return envelope to return the decals since they were not what he thought was ordered.
Customer did not respond and felt that we were infact wrong but we insisted 100 percent satisfaction and we told customer no matter where the decals were bought that Wincraft would be selling the same product.
Customer failed to tell us how he measured the decals and why the measurements were different to that of ours.
