Please beware! Super.com has attractive hotel pricing, often cheaper than elsewhere. To get these prices, Super.com charges $15 per month for its Super+ membership, claiming you can cancel any time. However, it's not that simple…. Because even if you cancel, Super.com continues to charge your card and you cannot stop it! The support team refuse to help, so you'll have to contact your bank for help. It's a complete nightmare! Please do NOT waste your time. Note that bots are leaving positive reviews, which makes Super.com look credible. It is not. Finally, if anyone from the relevant authorities read this, please investigate this company for illegal business practices in your country.

I booked a hotel in NYC with Super.com and got which I thought was a good deal. Little did I know I would have to pay an extra $400 at the property upon check-in, that only find out about after the purchase. The support chat is a joke. People are just responding generic stuff like "oh there is this tiny tiny note upon check out that says that no matter where you book, this hotel will charge you a fee upon check-in". Sure, except the way it's phrased is interesting, it doesn't actually say that this fee is actually NOT included in the "TOTAL PRICE" that you're paying. But then it makes it way in the total price once you've ALREADY paid for it.
Try it yourself. Here's the property page. Search for a resort fee, you won't be able to find it: https://go.super.com/vmnDZog
And then look at the side-by-side comparison of the before and after the purchase. The "total price" before the purchase and the "total price" after the purchase.
Here's that note, which you won't find on the property page with the link above, only a very grey thing upon check-out: "Regardless of where you book, this hotel charges a resort fee of CA$392.75 for the stay collected directly at checkin. Resort fees will be charged in the hotel's local currency. Mandatory fees The YOTEL New York Times Square charges the following fees that are payable directly to the hotel upon checkin: Resort fee: CA$392.75 for the stay. The amount of the charge is subject to change." And you know I don't consider myself a stupid person, but there's no actual way for me to know that it's going to be charged on top of the "TOTAL"... I thought the total is a total, not like almost total, but not really. The convenient total that is beneficial to show before the purchase, and change after, since there's nothing to be done at that point, the booking is already complete.
Essentially, super.com has no intention to make it obvious for you that you're actually going to be paying much more and the final price you're going to pay for your stay is very different from what you're seeing. It's purposefully misleading and confusing to advertise the "best" prices. I feel like failure to disclose the grand total this way shouldn't be legal...
Needless to say that I'm now stuck with this booking, will have to figure out another $400 on top of already paid $900 (which I thought was the total, because... it said so) and Super.com wasn't willing to refund it or rebook me with another property in any way. I would stay away from this service if you want to actually know what you're going to be spending.

I'm very Happy with Super.com it makes my trip more economical by finding a good hotel at a reasonable price
I came to this website as a new customer and was able to check out in less than 5 minutes, which was great! The website was considerably less then other sites as well. The only criticism I have is that they should list the amount of the deposit and any other fees in bold, where they can be seen and considered before booking.

I find you site a bit complicated and difficult to navigate-- wiht no one in customer service to call for help. And generally while I'm trying to find information rates are constantly changing getting more expensive. So I always feel the need to rush to book without the ability to find the info I need, including how to apply my rewards, cashback and Super+ benefits. It happened again on the reservation I just made with confirmation number B_*******. Confirmation number B_******* is for my 2nd hotel booking in the last week. I want to apply my rewards from my prior stays but couldn't figure out how to. Please help and apply to my Confirmation Number B_******* together with any other Super+ benefits that should have been applied given my Super+ Account. Thank you! Their site froze when I tried to pay. I had to launch a new session to get the site to respond. After booking, I was charged twice. They refuse to refund me, saying both bookings (for the same hotel for the same night) are non-refundable. I ended up having to dispute thru my bank. I will never use them again!

Every time I book through Super.com I always get the best rates possible. The only thing I can't get to do is to book through the app, but online booking works fine. Wish I could do it through the app though, but it doesn't have the option to verify through WhatsApp.

After booking, they tell me it is a non-refundable booking, even though I KNOW I selected no such option. Imagine losing a family member and then being told "Oh too bad, we see here this is a non-refundable booking. That's why our rates are so low!" Scumbag scammers.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
