It was pretty easy to sign up, I do wish it would allow a edit option for the second dog as far as breed. I do need to do that for both, their owner was wrong on the mother's breed and it took me a bit of searching to find it making what I put down incorrect.
I dont have to worry about any pet fees for my fur babies now. Such a weight has been lifted off my moving and traveling process.

I filled out a questionnaire online and was notified immediately that I was qualified for the ESA. I was provided detailed information regarding the next steps with a firm timeline. All notifications were sent to my email including acknowledgement of receipt. My letter was sent within the expected timeframe.

Only thing is that did I pay twice for a leash and vest, and I didn't get a receipt for the leash? And hopi g I get leash and vest before I go to Florida as there is a dog ban on the beach where i'm going, so i'm guessing the vest will take care of that issue thanks

Needed to renew documents and separate the pets on separate documents. Procedure was very quick. Still waiting on second pet documents tho
