Wasn't in the market for services when I first input my information so the pushy sales almost pushed me away. But eventually I needed the service and so I purchased it. The process is a little misleading though because you think that you're getting more than you get and have to purchase other things that you might like to get to like a vest. But overall I am glad to have done it.
They take what is usually a long and difficult process and make it simple, and fast and stress free. Friendly and professional, this was a renewal for me and I have always been more than satisfied.

Moved from out of state. Applied for an apartment that didn't mention my breed was restricted. They said are dogs were allowed. Had to transfer my ESA credentials to a new state and they got it done in less than 48 hours.

So easy I signed up while riding shotgun with my husband and my dog in my lap.
I have cancer and have been in treatment off and on for the last nine years. My first ESA Gideon ( Yorkshire Terrier) passed away unexpectedly at the age of one, from a genetic brain disease.
I've had my new ESA for five years now ( Gibson ( Yorkshire Terrier as well)
He goes on every trip with me, but I do sometimes get push back about him. And that can be very stressful.
I'm happy to have another layer of protection for he and myself during these stressful situations.

Not a good one. I checked off that I wanted the auto renew option with the first year free with a renewal of $99 option but was immediately charged for the full $142.99. It caused havoc with my checking account because you charged me when it said the first year was free. I got ripped off.

It was pretty easy to sign up, I do wish it would allow a edit option for the second dog as far as breed. I do need to do that for both, their owner was wrong on the mother's breed and it took me a bit of searching to find it making what I put down incorrect.
