Front the jump it was very straight forward and yo the point. Nothing to take away from it however I would like to see a best combo added on to the cost that isn't that much more expensive. And the certificate as well for ESA animals. Other than that a cool breeze from start to finish

My experience was quick and easy and seamless. I thought it would take longer and require more steps at first but it was a complete breeze. I would do it again if needed. I haven't been able to try the documents with my landlord yet as I am still on the search for a place but hopefully all goes well. The quality is fantastic!

The process was fairly easy and I received my ESA within 48 hours. My only negative is the many in-your-face ads for additional things. I thought I would never get through to finally pay. But still worth it.

Happy I found this service to register my dog. As I am aging, I realized the importance of having my pet with me more often and to ease my anxiety with just life's situation. I received my approval and documentation within a day. The only issue I had was they listed my deceased dog in addition to the one I requested to be my ESA pet. I didn't list Remy when I submitted my request. The only thing I can think of is I may have created an account when I had both dogs but never went through with the submission. Then fast forward to 7 years later, I only requested Sadie but they listed Remy as well. He passed 9 months ago. Other than that everything was great.
