Service Department

Chris and Ed from the service department at the Hyundai dealer located in Chicago on Fullerton Ave are amazing employees. They are very helpful, respectful and always concerned about the condition of my vehicle a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. Every time I take my car in for a service I am welcome in the shop by my first name just like a family member. Chris and Ed are exceptional employees I will always recommend my family and friends to purchase a vehicle at that location. If you looking for Red Carpet Customer Service Empire Hyundia in Fall River is where you should go. Preston on Sales floor and Andrew in Service Department are just the beginning introduction to an amazing group of Hyundia employees. I'm a proud owner of a 2020 Hyundia Venue named Ivy. Every time I call to set up regular maintenance like; oil changes, tire rotation, etc. they work with the time frame I am told and never have to wait longer. When I purchased my car the paperwork process was smooth and relaxing. All formed were explained in detail with no hidden costs or find print. Empire Hyundia employees are patient, polite and pleasurable to do business with. To be completely honest giving Empire Hyundia a 5 star rating is not enough. This Car Dealership and Service Center deserves A ROYAL FIVE STAR Rating.

SINCE THE ADDITIONS TO THE MITCHELL PROGRAMS AND THE INTEGRATION OF SURECRITIC WE CAN SEE ALL CUSTOMER ARE CALLED AND THE RATINGS ARE PER THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSE WHETHER GOOD OR BAD WE CANT CONTROL WHAT IS SAID WE STRIVE FOR QUALITY IN OUR SERVICES BUT UNDERSTAND WE CANT ALWAYS MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY AND IN THE REVIEWS IS THE ABILITY TO CORRECT WHERE WE AS A COMPANY MAY HAVE TO REVISE OUR PROCESSES EVEN IN THE UNFORSEEN CONDITIONS. Great response rate

We have used surecritic as our review source for many years now. Our customer response has been fantastic. It gives us a great seo traffic lane and we also post the reviews on several sites. Every customer is sent a request immediately after their visit.

Great Product

This allows us to stay in front of our customers even though our location isn't exactly convenient. We're able to send coupons directly to our customers, those who continue to support us rather than given all of our benefits to anyone in the area. We can separate how we do that. Also, our customer reviews are ONLY FROM OUR OWN CUSTOMERS and not like google or yelp where it's someone in Italy reviewing us or someone in another state who have NOTHING to do with our business. You won't be disappointed!

UPDATE: The SureCritic CEO got involved and after his intervention the review did get posted. I am glad Mr. Brondstetter took time to get the issue resolved. Hopefully the company will streamline the process and ensure reviews are posted in a more timely manner.

Original Review: I just got off the phone with SureCritic about the pending review I posted two days ago on Werner Genesis located in Tallahassee, Fl. I rated them a 2 for continued difficulty getting a response from the service department. When I asked SureCritic what the pending review was now deleted, they indicated that the company must not have agreed with me. If the auto company is controlling the reviews, and not the report from the customer's experience, then SureCritic is an arm of the corporation. I see here that other people have similar experiences. I used Google and Yelp reviews without a problem. Repeatedly, the Genesis service rep does not answer the phone and doesn't return calls from messages. I have gone up the line to higher supervision and hopefully will get better results from Werner Hyundai/Genesis.

Great Software

SureCritic is a Davy software. Being in the automotive industry it's extremely resourceful. From being able to send customer's estimate, inspection sheet and keeping in touch through text message. It has made my work efficiently.
