Order was placed on the counter, name was not said, food was cold, name was said 15 minutes after it sitting on the counter

Hadn't really ever ordered anything at Taco Bell for myself; I take my teenage daughter there sometimes. Anyhow, I was pretty hungry one day and decided to try something at Taco Bell as well as at one of their competitors, Del Taco, where I ordered a cheese quesadilla. At Taco Bell, I ordered a beefy burrito. The quesadilla was good, but not very filling, for $1.29. However, the beefy burrito, at only a dollar more, $2.29, was surprisingly pretty big, delicious and very filling. The added tortilla chips inside made it all the more tastier. Been back of course for the same items a number of times.

They don't make sure the food for delivery isn't picked up by the wrong person and they refuse to remake the food despite the fact that it was their negligence that cause the whole situation, If I could give a restaurant a ZERO star I would. This restaurant sucks and I 100 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Yes my kids and I visit taco bell regularly. My kids love the loaded fries with cheese. Everytime here lately has been a big disappointment! I buy the largest size because that is small. So I buy two large fries, and everytime there are hardly any fries in them. That's nearly 5.00 for each fry.

I just want to see the $#*!ing menu but noooo you need to know my $#*!ing location and card information and if I want it delivered or in person. JUST SHOW ME YHE $#*!ING MENU YOU $#*!ING WASTE OF SPACE!

Taco bell on McDowell/Hayden forgot the cheese on my cheesey roll-up not only that the female manager was high again

The person who gave me my food was super nice great customer service I highly recommend keeping Kendra around

On Sunday Sept.10,2023 my wife and I stopped off at the Taco Bell on SR64 in Bradenton FL. After waiting for about 5 min. To have someone take our order, one of the employees told me that I would have to use the kiosk in order to get served.
The place was empty except for one car at the drive-thru.
One employee was on break, and the other ones were not that busy to take the order. So we turned around and walked out.
No wonder why all these fast food places are losing customers.
What happened to the good old days when you walked into a restaurant and were greeted with a smile and "May I Take Your Order". Now they tell you to use the kiosk. No Thank You>

It's very sad the meat you DONT get in a hard shell taco less than 1/2 " then all lettus and tomato. It's just sad.Taco bell should be ashamed of there corporate rules! Check it out next time.Belgrade, mt

So, first time we ordered from Taco Bell Tonbridge, we placed our order through just eat at around 6pm it eventually arrived freezing cold at 10pm. We had to make another arrangement for dinner. Today we decided to give them another chance. Our order arrives and there are items missing. We get a refund of 80p big deal. Shove your 80p taco bell. You will NEVER EVER see us again. You just can't get it right. Unacceptable.

The cheesey shredded beef taco the new one that is the best taco I have ever had from Taco Bell it was perfect the chz sauce the red sauce amazing! Y'all should most definitely think about putting that on y'all's menu because that would be a killer sale! I tried one for the first time today and it was amazing!
