Some time ago I ordered two website templates, one 'flash cms' and a 'moto cms' template.
The 'flash cms' template wasn't completely functional, it was missing key functions.
The 'moto cms' only worked with third party software, and it wasn't compatible with my web host one.com.
The technical support admitted its flaws.
Template Monster looks and feels as a scam.
She is soooooooo helpful and great to work with. I wish all of the tech support people were like her... LOVE HER!

Je suis enchantée. Le template que j'ai reçu est beau. Je suis française et mon anglais est très approximatif mais les personnes du support clients sont très réactifs et leurs réponses en anglais sont traduites en français. Je travaille sur mon site de nuit (en France), ils reçoivent mes demandes chez eux aux heures de bureau (en floride) ce qui est ultra pratique pour ne pas que le site soit en rideau chez nous la journée. Leur temps de réponse est super rapide, compte tenu du fait que je ne suis vraisemblablement pas leur seule cliente! Ils ont même rattrapé mes erreurs, et j'en ai fait deux trois... vu que c'est la première fois que je fais un site moi même! Je ne peux que recommander Template Monster, et je vais leur commander un deuzième template pour ma seconde activité. Le plus dur va être de choisir, parce qu'ils sont tous plus beaux les uns que les autres :) Merci à toute l'équipe du support client. Chapeau pour votre travail.

I am so thrilled with the experience I have had. At first it is a little cumbersome getting the templates loaded - however, once you have mastered their template upload process, the site creation process is much smoother.
Many of their templates have CSS options in general settings that allow for an AMAZING experience when you wish to customize some elements of the site - without having to go through cumbersome task of digging deep into the site editor.
The support crew are totally willing to assist with the generation of some CSS code if you are not familiar with all CSS coding.
Remarkable experience and great templates to choose! Will definitely be using Templat Monster for several more projects to come!
I was having a very frustrating afternoon as I was trying to upload the demo data to my site. When I contacted support the first time, someone sent me the wrong folder for the source data. Then finally I got to Sarah. She listened to my problem and went to the bottom of it to figure out the root of the issue. Not only did she figure it out but she took care of it, entirely. She needed a frustrating day on a high note. Thanks Sarah! She deserves a raise!
