They are responsive with their email they helped me out with my returns on a item tht didnt fit me well. The quality of fabric for pants was really great sad it didnt fit me but gonna redorder again
Purchased two items on this site. Was not a 100% satisfied with either, (nothing actually wrong with the clothes just was not flattering on myself) so I proceeded to return them.
The representative(s) who helped me out were extremely communicative and really put that effort to come up with a solution that resolved the issue. Truly appreciate that level of customer service. The clothes I had bought may not have worked for me that time but I will still consider buying from this site again because of the pleasant experience I had.
Recently ordered from here. Paid for express shipping (4-7 business days) I went to track my package and for 4 days it only says a shipping label was created. I reached out to commence and they sent me a link saying they shipped it, but it showed the same thing, FedEx awaiting package. I reached out to FedEx to confirm. Really frustrated about this. The clothes looked very cute and I don't want to have to cancel my order, but I need them before a big move hence the fast shipping that I paid for. Worried this site is a scam.
I've made an order of jacket but recieved an email saying it's been delivered but it's no where. I've check everywhere but haven't received anything

This brand is amazing. The quality of the items is so high! Among my products, what I liked the most was the super comfortable but above all warm jacket, to be worn even on the snow! I love Commense
I am a little disappointed as I was very excited to order from this site. I bought two jackets recently - the money was taken out of my account and all but recevied NO email confirmation or order number! It's bizzare to me and it's been a few days. The company has not responded to me or given me any proof of purchase yet they happily took the $ out of my account. I hope this is all an oversight and not just some SCAM
