Took in our old foam from our boat cushion, which was tapered, and wanted duplicated with new foam. Person who waited on us did not speak clear English. She was told to make exactly like old cushion. After it was cut, there were no tapers in the shape. We spoke with man who did the work, and he advised he would try taper/shape. Went back next day to pick up, and we were advised by manager that even though the man doing the work agreed to taper/shape, the manager would not allow him to do it. Manager would not take back the foam or refund our money. So we are stuck with a piece of foam that cost $181.00 and cannot use. Very poor customer service. Usually, companies will do what they can to make sure the customer is satisfied. We have been previous customers of the Foam Factory but will not go back again.

I needed a sturdy piece of foam to hold decently heavy items vertically inside of a hidden storage unit I was building. I needed specific dimensions, including thickness and I wanted the foam to be dark colored for a professional look. After shopping around, The Foam Factory had exactly what I needed. After sending me a free sample, I was able to choose the exact material I needed and get a custom cut for a great price. It shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I don't have a need for these types of products often, but I highly recommend giving them a try if you do.

Having never before ordered from The Foam Factory, I wasn't sure what to expect in the way of delivery wait-time or product expectations. But these folks did an outstanding job! The foam arrived in less than a week, it was exactly as described, and it was packaged securely for safe travel. I did as instructed, opening the package right away and laying the foam flat to prevent curl. When it was time to use the foam in my project, it was easy to handle, cut, and put in place. Thanks, Foam Factory, for a great job. This is where I will be getting my foam from now on.

I sought to replace cushions for a vintage couch that's been in my family for many years. Foam Factory's website offered great information about how to measure for this type of purchase, and I'm very pleased with the cushions I selected. They warned that the product may stay compressed from the shipping process for several days, but in my case, the cushions were in perfect form within an hour of opening them, after a cross-country trip to get here. I was very pleased with this experience, and would use their services again.

My pet had an accident on my couch and I really didn't want to deal with washing huge foam cushions (foam is HEAVY when wet) so I looked into replacement cushions and found The Foam Factory. Their prices are great; I was honestly expecting to pay more for the cushions that I did. The quality is even better than the original cushions that came on the couch! The cushions were completed expanded within an hour or less but I waited to full 24 hours or so they said to wait for full expansion. The cushions fit perfectly into my cushion covers and are like I mentioned before, even better than our old cushions. I was surprised to read some of the (old) lower star reviews for this company, because all I had was a fantastic experience with their ordering and their product. I was emailed and asked to give a review like many companies do after ordering with them (Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Nordstrom, etc all ask for reviews after you place an online order). This isn't unusual. I don't mind being asked to review something because I will choose to do it or not based on my experience. I received no compensation, coupon, gift card or anything of the sort for writing a review. My opinion is, a good product and a good company simply deserve the recognition if I am satisfied. Thus, here's my stellar review! I'll be ordering again from The Foam Factory for my other couch, since I know now I can get softer and higher quality cushions than what originally came with that couch. Keep up the good work!

Not a place you want to go to. I was up there shopping around i was dealing with 2 very nice ladys one was in training and the other girl was helping her they were very nice and friendly and the owner came up to the girl in training and out of nowhere took her chair away from her while assisting with me mind you she was sitting down which i had no problem with that i think that was very disrespectful the poor girl told me that she has back problems how do you that to an employee I that's not right and in front of a customer. I hope the company was aware of her problems and if so they should not to do that to an employee. And as for the owner i hope he does not deal with the customers because he is a ungrateful $#*!. When I question the poor girl i asked her her name and she said it was grace she was a very sweet good hearted person you guys need more girls like that and give that poor girl a break and as for the owner who's name is Sal i hope next time i shop up there i would like to have a few words with him an tll him you don't treat employess like that in front of a customer. And now my wife just informed me that the poor girl Grace that got treated really bad got fired. And once again the owner fired her in front of another girl who was assisting my wife very very very disrescpectul on all parts that's not how you run a business the owner who doesn't even work in the front should let there supervisor deal with it not him. I hope she sues the hell out of the company for getting treated they way she did. All I have to say i would never recommend anyone to shop up there after the experience i had

We need to increase padding for our bunk beds in our camper and needed to get the correct sizes for our next camping trip. Thank goodness we found The Foam Factory. They cut the sizes we needed for (3) different beds in the thickness we chose. They shipped it right out. The package arrived in a light-weight package that once we opened up increase in sizes that fit the beds perfectly. We are very satisfied with The Foam Factory and service we received!

I looked at other options for making my outside cushions. Most other foam companies were more expensive and to have them made by someone is out of my budget. I found foam factory to be reasonably priced for the outside foam I needed. The website is very user friendly to put in the sizes you need. I had 8 pieces cut to specific sizes and they were perfect. The shipping was free, the packaging was good and they came sooner than I expected. The foam is nice and firm not squishy like in some of the patio sets you buy. I would definitely buy again for my next project
