First of all, I have to note that I take full responsibility for this because I acted against my better judgement. My grandfather who also served, recently passed away, and knowing I was flying across the country to present his service flag to my mother, I proactively ordered a personalized display case for it. Obviously these things are time sensitive, so I purchased without a ton of research. Long story short, I spent over $200 for a subpar product I likely could have made myself, but worse, this company completely forgot the personalized inscription. I looked back at my order and sure enough, it was supposed to come with a multi-line, personalized engraving. Whether it was a staff mistake, or a problem with their system, I can't say. What I will say is I find the idea of a company, who deals in Military Honors, to be as negligent as I have seen is absolutely astonishing. That being said, after I placed my order, I looked deeper into their website. Aside from it being very "cheesy", it was full of grammatical errors and incoherent images... This was to the point I was half convinced it was fake, and my identity was likely stolen. I could just of easily walked into the local PX and purchased a display case, 2X the quality for half the price. Buyer beware I suppose.

One of the best stores for flag display cases, flag display boxes or any kind of flag cases. Excellent quality wood made product and speedy delivery of the product with good condition. Staff are very helpful and professional for their job. I would recommend this store for buying military gift items.

For $250+ dollars. This triangular, wooden flag display should have been stained hard wood and not some cheap junk. I do believe the description was stained wood. It is painted. The backing is cheap garbage particle board the holds the flag in. The dimensions listed weren't correct because I had to cram the flag in. It's a real disappointment.

I had shopped a few online stores for a triangular case for a US veteran burial flag. The Military Gift Store had one at a good price point that would coordinate well with a state flag case I already had. There was a slight glitch with the online check out, but it was quickly addressed by the store, and everything shipped rapidly and arrived well-packaged and undamaged. Thank you to the Military Gift Store for their attention to detail. I am extremely pleased!

Ordering the Memorial Burial Flag Shadow Box was really easy, even with the add on plaque and medallion. I was concerned when the medallion arrive in a separate envelope, but the communicaton from Dave was fast assuring me everything was OK. The plaque arrive next and the box and stand arrived today, all within a week.
The box is beautiful. I plan to share my Dad's Flag with siblings on holidays. I will proudly share it. My Dad was proud of his WWII Naval service and he would be please with this symbol of his service.
