I bought a couple pairs of sunglasses from The Tackle King what a joke. I tried to communicate my problem with the wrong glasses but got only one response in a month, then ghosted me. I feel they don't have the integrity to run a successful business I see there 1 star reviews so I gave them what they earned 1 star. Save your money and go to 7/11 they are the same quality and more then likely will treat you better if you have a issue.

I did finally get my lights and they're nothing like they advertise their junk! I did receive the order after they lost the first one, but I bought the insurance that really screwed them! But I'm gonna try and get my money back,if not,At least I've tried to warn y'all

Scammed me out of my money and never sent me my order. Not even an American company. Don't buy from them.

So, this is only my third time leaving a review here. I'm a firm believer in reviews good or bad. If the service and product are good then say so! If not then say so. I recently ordered a high power flashlight from 24/7 tactical supplies. As soon as I completed the order and paid I was told I would get an order confirmation and then in a couple days get a tracking number. I never got either! I emailed several times and was told it would come. 2 weeks later no info and no one would answer one simple question…. When will I receive my order? They withdrew the payment within minutes of placing the order. The responses I got finally were vague and my questions were still not answered. Well, exactly 3 weeks after ordering I received the flashlight. The packaging was awful, the instruction and product info sheet were awful too, and the light isn't even close to the description as far as brightness etc. Its so frustrating when something is ordered online and no one will communicate with you, you are basically at their mercy at that point. This was my first time using them and most likely the last. Some simple info and doing what they said would have gone a long way. Buying locally when possible seems to be the safe way to go, I do realize that's not always possible but I will really try to purchase that way whenever I can. I can't but help leave only a 1 star review for these guys, so be careful when ordering. Rick
