They send diseased plants and tell you they'll be fine then after the thirty day period refuse to acknowledge that the plants are diseased and dying. Their response is here's a 20% off coupon for purchasing more dying plants in the future.

This company advertises lightening fast shipping. Placed my order on Tuesday. It's now Saturday and haven't heard a word. I've tried calling since yesterday-multiple times- cannot get a human and do get various voice mails instructions. I've tried the chat that they say is available 24/7. In fact, there is no response whatsoever on their chat and I've messaged multiple times two days in a row! SUCH BUNK! I suggest going to Fast Growing Trees. I ordered there and they have shipped quickly!

Unethical tactics. If you order something and want to cancel it a moment later they WILL charge you 20% AND nothing was packed or done yet its moments later! Scam artists. Trees are usually in poor shape
Or dying. SAFE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES. Dont buy here. RIP OFF

I bought 2 Sand Cherry trees and one Red Obselik European Beech Tree. Red Obselik arrived and leaves were dry and falling. After 2/3 weeks of planting it did not recover and no new leaf came. I contacted TheTreeCenter and they said to do the scratch test and if it is not dry then it will come out next year. This year the tree is completely dead. When I contacted they told me it is past 30 days warranty period so they can not do anything. What a dishonest group of people!

Our purchase arrived quick but our three larger plants were drastically smaller than pictured and our small plants were covered in weeds. I would not recommend to use this company. I will certainly not be.

My butterfly bushes were drug upside down across my driveway and sidewalk and then left upside down until I found them the next day and was able to unpack them

I ordered two tulip poplars saplings in October and they came well packaged. They were leafed out and We planted them along our driveway. Have been keeping them well watered. Sprayed them with deer repellent as we have problems with deer. He they make it through the winter.

We planted one in our yard 25 years ago and it is now over 30 feet tall with excellent shape and bright yellow leaves in the fall. It was a good choice in full sun.

Recently purchased an apple tree for $120 on site when it arrived it was covered in scab. I tried treating infection but it completely covers Tree. After asking for refund I was told I didn't purchase one year policy so since it's been 45 days not 30 they will do nothing. Look at photos is this a healthy tree as promised. Sadly I will purchase from the many other companies that automatically guarantee their products, ship healthy trees, and not try to quote small print on their refund policy to avoid providing a honest product

First let me say the packing and shipping was A1 quality. However what was in the boxes, four Grape Crape Myrtle was pure junk. They were in #3 containers and had three to five stems about 12-15" tall. Being in the nursery/landscape business for over fifty years, we destroyed plants of better quality. The price was totally outrageous for plants we received. We will never again order from this company and show pictures of the plants to all of my many nursery Friends throughout the country. I had been a loyal customer. Recently I bought an Thuja that died within 60 days of purchase. Tree Center refused to replace it because I hadn't purchased an extended warranty. Very disappointed.

I purchased a Japanese tree called Koto No Ito Japanese Maple. The photograph on the site is beautiful. I received something that looked like a spindly, sparse and half dead item. It looked like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree! Maybe the name should be No Is Japanese Maple. Very unhappy and I have requested a refund.

Packaged was great well packed. Prices were great. Love the bundle offers get more for a better price was great. Shipping took a little longer than normal. But not sure on you guys shipping since this was my first order. But got here safe and I will be ordering again. As soon as stock of dogwoods get back in. Love convenient of shopping on line and after pay is great also.

I bought two autumn blaze maple trees a year ago to plant at my home in Wisconsin. I lost both my parents in the last three years and decided to dedicate one of the trees to my Mom and one to my Dad. When the trees arrived, I thought that they looked rather small for the price, but I went ahead and followed the planting directions to the letter. Fast forward to this spring and one tree is doing fine, but the other died. I reached out to the Tree Center to ask about a replacement and was told that since I didn't purchase a warranty on the trees, that the best they could do was 20% off on a new tree. I'm very disappointed with this decision. These trees were expensive and I took great care in planting them and watering them. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again. I'll go to Home Depot and get something comparable for a third of the price.

I suggest buy nothing. Spent over a grand holly trees don't make it less than a year and I get a discount for future purchase. Don't buy from this company over 36 dead trees and get nothing stay away I'm headed to NH better business with them. They are more in selling insurance versus a quality product. STAY AWAY and please shop local and don't make the mistake I did. I lost all respect for them. Keep in mind I sold retail for 47 years and would have never expected this from them, not a respectable company in my opinion. Yes I gave them an option to assist me but they opted to discuss my lack of insurance on their what I now call a scam. DO Not BUY

I received the tree, but I am very disappointed; this is not what I expected. It is a graft, not a real Maple tree; I assumed I was getting a real 100% Red Dragon. I never saw anything about a graft in any of the descriptions. Also, it is tiny! The graft was a small branch. I would like to return this; but now I find that I must pay shipping to return and thetreecenter only issues store credit. Since I wouldn't want to order ever again from them, store credit is useless. I am very very disappointed. I sent their customer support email address a request for help, but they have refused to answer.

This company sucks, they are sending damaged trees and then telling you that it is your fault and you are stuck with it!

Awful experience! I ordered 9 Hetz Midget Arborvitaes. I had called and spoken with a member of the support team prior to placing the order to ensure I got the size I needed. I was told to expect them to be a minimum of 10-12" up to 13-15". The plants that arrived were 5"; they were half the size than what I was told I would receive. I reached out to the "customer support" team and that's when an already bad experience got worse. I was told by two managers there was nothing they could do - even though it was someone from their company who gave me incorrect advice. I would never recommed anyone I know to order from this company again!

I ordered a pyracantha from tatter Center. Which was well into the process of dying upon its arrival. I planted it as directed, watered it according to directions, as well. It was dead within a week. I turned in a request for a new plant and told I did not but insurance so they couldn't help me. Note this was within 15 days of purchase. $100 down the drain. I'll never buy or recommend Tree Center. I've bought from them in the past and pay a premium, but this is so disappointing.

I bought 5 trees from the tree center. Cost me about $600, I never would have bought them without the guarantee. But when I requested they honor their guarantee, they got denied it. When I went to the BBB, they refunded the guarantee premium, not the trees. Buyer beware these guys are total scammers.
