The store associates were tough...Judging based on what you are wearing. Pretty much every store I've been to. The shoe quality was really bad. Will never purchase a second pair. Not sure why they are popular.

My daughter received a necklace for her 21st birthday less than two years ago. The pendant broke off the necklace. She contacted customer service and was told there is nothing they can do. Can't fix it or replace it. That's an absolute disgrace for the amount of money paid for it. Never again!

I am disappointed with this brand. I have had my handbag for a little over a month. And of course, I didn't wear it every day, at most 10-15 times. And the bag began to peel around the edges. It's just terrible quality, no bag from other cheaper brands behaved like this, even after a year.

I did not catch this wasn't a true Tory Burch outlet. Yes I know I'm stupid. But I've repeatedly requested return instructions where I'll pay for the return shipping for all items still in the original packaging and all I receive are cryptic messages stating they'll provide a partial refund. I don't want a partial refund. I want to return these goods of horrible quality and get my money back. Even following their exact request for an email…nothing! Beware!

I ordered few flats from Tory Burch website and they sent me wrong dust bag. So, I reached out twice just for the dust bags and they still haven't shipped it, its been almost 4 weeks.

Read the 5 star reviews & then tell me those are honest. The spelling, punctuation & wording look like they used a thesaurus to write them, not the way a typical American would put sentence structure together. This is Chinese, low quality crap that you have to spend a small fortune on to send it back when it doesn't fit or is of poor quality. Avoid.

After purchasing a handbag and using it for 3 months the trim started to pull away on the handle. The customer service was so frustrating. Initial could on text, chat or call. Was told I'd receive a call within 24-48 hours. Four days later I had to text again. Was asked for my information almost every time I texted. Sent contact information and photos only to be told they would not do anything because it was outside of their return/repair guidelines. Will not purchase another Tory Burch item.

I placed an order on Monday Aug 30th 2022. On Tuesday August 31st they contacted me regarding my address to which I responded immediately, it is now Thursday 1st September there is still no sign of my order, nor has it been shipped. I just spoke to a customer service assistant called Mathew and he was very unhelpful and the only information he could give me in regards to my order was that he will get in touch with the logistical side… this is shocking for a company this size. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE from Tory burch.

I bought an earrings fro Torry burch. After 6 months it already started to lose its colour and quality is very low. When i contacted the customer service department, they were not helpful at all. They said because the item was not purchased recently they cannot help. The idea of having a jewelery from a high and brand is to be able to keep them for longer terms, even zara jewelery lasts better and their customer service always attentive and helpful no matter when you purchased the item. I purchased jewelers from multiple different brands competitive of Tory burch they lasted for years! Worst thing is that they didnt even want to bother to take the product for a research, they just make a judgement based on the purhase date! Shame on tory burch, never again!

I placed an order with for Tory Burch flip flops to be shipped internationally for a friend's birthday. After purchasing, I received a notice that email confirmation would be sent within 15 minutes, which I never received. The following day, I spoke with a live chat representative who confirmed that the first order was not placed correctly, and stated that it was most likely an issue with my PayPal account. She directed me to use a secondary form of payment and assured me that the charges on my credit card would disappear.

Following this conversation, I placed a second order and received an email confirmation for that one. The next morning, I received shipping notifications for both my first and second orders and, looking back, I saw that the email confirmation for the first purchase was sent 3 hours after my second order was placed and confirmed. Despite this being an error on Tory Burch's behalf, they were unable to offer me a refund unless they received the product back (from my friend, from Australia), AND unable to offer a refund for international shipping, despite the fact that the second order would never have been placed without express encouragement from one of their representatives.

After one week and two tries, I was able to escalate this issue to management, who stated that because the second purchase was placed due to a recommendation by the live chat representative, I am eligible to receive a refund for international shipping, but only if the product is returned. They were also unable to cancel the second order and repeatedly advised me to refused the shipment, which was being delivered to a friend's package room, as a resolution. They have ignored my last email requesting further instruction for over a week now. I have also been tracking this purchase, which was reportedly delivered 1 week ago, and has still not been received. Currently opening a claims report with FedEx Cross Borders to get this issue resolved.

This is an active, ongoing, month long issue that has wasted hours of my life with no resolution in sight. Tory Burch has the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience.

I did get a Tory Burch jelly sandals from my daughter for my Birthday a year ago, since I still had my old ones in very good condition I didn't wear the sandals until this summer and guess what? The first time I worn the sandals one of the straps came off. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the product and the Tory Burch bag in which I received the gift to show them that the sandals have not been worn at all and they replied to me that there is nothing they can do since I wasn't able to provide a proof of purchase due to my daughter paid in cash and didn't keep the receipt! This is unbelievable, me and my daughters have been a very loyal Tory Burch customers; however, after this experience we will never buy any Tory Burch products again. I feel like we were robbed!

I had brought a few things from this brand, mostly at the tory Burch store. From her shoes to her bags are not worth your money. Her merchandise last less then 6 months. I have wrote the company a few times about issues with each merchandise. It's been 10 years later and still not one response. Am big on name brand and every name brand I brought had stood behind their merchandise and behind customer service. But this has been the worst of anything I have came across. Even Walmart will make sure your satisfied with their products. Tory Burch is all for herself and the money we keep sending on her no good merchandise. I don't even buy it on sell. They don't even attempt to email or call you back. Good luck on the people who supports her.

They have a really good design that is the fact, but the quality control & material is super low. Really disappointed with the customer services also, they not really helping if we got troubles with everything. They just gonna ask us to return. Don't forget that they only have 30days return policy, with no guarantee. They don't stand behind their products. Just be careful before you pick the items. Make sure the item is in your quality measure! Because in my experiences buying 15 products, the items that I would to keep had a problems either with the quality control or material. Check it carefully in detail before you buy.
We'll I had 8 from 15 items. Even Coach that is cheaper price have a better quality than Tory, at least they have 1 year guarantee for all their products, and cleaning/service if we need ones.

Received a Tory Burch bag for my Birthday 12/2020- have used this bag for maybe 4-5 months tops. I loved this bag, today the stitching came undone and the strap came off. I contacted customer service and they advised me that this is normal wear and tear and nothing they can do. The bag was $300- how is that normal wear and tear? I never have any issues with any Coach or MK bags, so they will receive my money from now on.

I never wore Tory Burch... too expensive for me. But I bought an e-giftcard for my friend. She doesn't want that. And non refundable for e-giftcard... suck!
