They lost my shipment. Already more than a month since it was supposed to be delivered and they refuse to refund. I contacted customer service million times and spoke to all the staff they have and every time they promise to resolve and nothing is done. Some people in their customer service directly refuse to refund saying they refund only if I return. But I can't return item which will never be delivered. Don't recommend to buy from them. That is the proof that my review is not fake. Part of conversation. I keep contacting them every day and nothing is resolved - no money and no item.
I purchased a dress through the Bay marketplace. When I received the dress it was dirty. I returned the dress but Trendyol has withheld $12 for processing. I have contacted them 4 times and have received no response.
Trendyol Is taking fake reviews. This platform has employed people for reviewing their products and give fake five star reviews. They are making lot of money by fooling those employed people as well as the online buyers. They have an app called Trendyol VIP which handles all that. They have tied up with NOON and OKX platforms for their mission. I have been a victim of their attractive manipulative earn double the salary scheme.
I'm very disappointed with their services and even in the live chat it's been 15 days and till now I did not receive my refund and their system is sucks they cannot even detect what's your order and even don't know how to follow up for the confirmation. I request you not to order in this application you cannot even call them they don't have customer support service

After placing my order, I immediately contacted the chat support to cancel my order. Despite their online FAQs saying you could cancel your order if it was still processing, AND there being a cancel order option on my confirmation email, the chat support said it was not possible to cancel my order. It is due to be delivered in 3 weeks time. It seems very suspicious to me, and I doubt I will even get the product. Please be careful, don't make the same mistake I have done!
I buy a cloth from Trendyol but they intently write my address incorrect. In case they can bring back the package. I was looking for packet several week and it is really bad emotion. I decided to not buy anything from them.

Im from saudi, I ordered cloths on 9.9.23 and done payment of SAR 218.00 immediately, they told that order will be delivered before 20.9.23, but after this date, they r saying that shipping problem can not delivered to saudi, I asked to cancel and refund on 21.9.23, but till today they r working for cancellation, but until 28.9.23 my order is neither cancelled, no delivered, no refunded. Kindly do not order with this online company. Real fraud and cheaters. (Order number:*******028).
Item was defective - multiple seams ripped the first time I wore it. Was only out running errands, and it fit me fine so not like it was tight and pulling the seams. Just really bad quality. Trendyol wouldn't even entertain any kind of exchange or refund despite me showing evidence that it is clearly the item that is defective. Bad quality and worse customer service, strongly recommend NOT going near them.
The order with the tracking number **************, which I placed with the delivery number *******199 through Trendyol from the seller of Great Books, has been standing still on Trendyol Express since 20.04.2023 11:51 in Ankara, which is supposed to be delivered yesterday. The company delivered the order to Trendyol Express on the same day and did its part. When I called Trendyol Express Customer Service, they opened a registration. Afterwards, the official I spoke to from Trendyol chat, unfortunately, did not help and tells me to wait 5 working days for the registration opened in an unpleasant, mocking tone with the customer. 5 working days.
I had to wait another 5 working days for the record I complained about for my cargo, which I had already waited for 7 days, to be resolved. In other words, I have to wait for a total of 14 days, 7 days plus 5 working days (which is 7 days) for the cargo that is still in Ankara. You are at the top level in customer satisfaction. I have done all kinds of shopping many times and have never had any problems, it has a mobile application and it is very useful and simple.The only problem is that you need to shop for 60 TL in order to have free shipping, this was too much in the past, 30 water was good and now it's a bit expensive Other than that everything is fine
