I ordered two watches, which have been paid for, but have never received. I've contacted them about it but have heard nothing. DO NO USE THEM. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY.

I purchased the perfect walk orthopedic sandals in size 36. Tribe Trendy sent size 39. I tried to call 4 times and all i got was a busy signal. I emailed their customer service 3 consecutive days in a row and got no response.
The sandals look cheap not like the photos at all but i cant even wear them to bum around because they are 3 sizes to big. 34 bucks down the drain.
I ordered and got my initial email showing the product was sent then after that... Nothing. No replies to my emails and no product. I think that initial email is to lure you into a false sense of security that things are progressing. Avoid this site unless you have money to burn!
Save yourself a huge headache and a lot of time - DO NOT order anything from this company! I fought with them for months to try and get a refund on an item I purchased that arrived and did not work. Ultimately, I could not get a replacement or a refund. Worst customer service experience!
I ordered L. E. D. Wheel lights for my car and realised the same day that the lights are illegal in the U. K. I e-mailed Tribe Trendy and left messages on the website to contact me to give me a refund and not to post the lights to me. 4 messages and e mails later I have had no correspondence from them. And no lights have arrived. Don't buy anything from Tribe Trendy it is a scam and they are not interested in any customer, only their money!
Ordered a product I never received, sent multiple emails attempting to contact customer service, nothing. Luckily it wasn't a ton of money, still pretty annoyed about it though. Basically at this point its a write off I figure, but I didnt want this happening to anyone else who might throw away more money.
I ordered a product [tooth stain remover] from Tribetrendy [their site was on Facebook,] It did not work, properly, and was of poor quality, it came from China, I returned it 2 days later and asked for a refund [all within their policy returns etc] its been 41 days now, they will have received it, at their China address by now! After numerous emails, and only one reply back from them, [asking for a video of the faults, which I could not do as I had already returned the product] they do not reply to my emails regarding a refund, so by now i don't think I will be refunded at all! WARNING do not order from TribeTrendy, their products are or "poor" quality, and in my case, did'nt work, and they don't want to give you your money back!
