I use Trip because I can search for the info I want when I want it. I can save things. I can read all the reviews in English. The date on the reviews is useful so I can check if things changed or not. It's helpful that people also upload photos.

It is easy to navigate the website and app, even to cancel and reschedule flights; all the details are there. It minimizes the use of customer support. You can book flights and make changes on your own, no hassle. My only suggestion is that you offer a 24hr free cancellation, and I'm sure more people will be drawn to use your site.

I needed to book two airtickets for my travel in Malaysia in June, 2026 and trip.com made it easy. The amount I paid was cheaper compared to other booking sites as well.

The app is very good for booking the whole trip together (hotel, flights, activities) which is amazing. However it does take a few days to get the flight tickets issued, so be ready for that. Overall happy with the app though! :)

Have been using Trip.com for some time now. Most bookings they have cheapest price. Tickets are issued very quickly.

I find that Trip not much of promotion at least for a hotel or accommodation. There is hardly to see promo code and so on. Trip should not only provide the promo code for the new user only but also for the same regular user who already used this apps for some time.

I came across this website while searching for a great deal on an international return flight, and signing up was super easy. There were plenty of flight options for the route I wanted, and I could filter results based on things like checked baggage and direct flights. I ended up purchasing an international ticket through this site and couldn't believe how good the price was — it was even better than other sites I checked. I was also able to enter my frequent flyer number from the airline I belong to, so I won't miss out on earning points by booking here. Both the website and the mobile app are very user-friendly, and I'll definitely use it again next time.
