As the name suggests Trip Factory makes awesome packages for you and your dear ones. Had an awesome time everything was exactly the same as explained at the time of booking my kid enjoyed a lot on his birthday.
The best part is that they will deliver what they promise and the icing on the cake is where you dont have to call or ask anyone about the drivers as soon as you reach the place the drivers are waiting for you with placards of your name though one of the driver was rude apart from this everything went as smooth as silk.
Again a very big thank to the team for making this international trip on my sons birthday worth being remembered for the lifetime.
Going forward all my trips will be planned by them only.

Guys dont trust TripFactory. Before booking take the confirmation from agent for each and everything. Other wise agent(company also may be) demand for the more money at the last moment if you are not ready to pay demanded money they will cancel the travel and for getting money back will take at least 14 days till our entire plan will be vanished.
Even they wont give you any compensation also.the reason behind writing this comment is that I wish others dont get this situation.
I have all the proofs even whats app chat also
Lets suppose they cancel the trip by saying some false reason, if you ask proof for that they denied to give or tetll some other reason.

I highly recommend tripfactory for a super comfort trip & completing all the things you really want to have for a hassel free trip. Been on a 7 day/6 night tour of Dubai. I have say, I am very impressed with all the arrangements from Tripfactory.
I've been on trips through other travel organizers before and this was my first trip with Tripfactory, decided to go with them as they had a lot of flexibility with respect to the arrangements and even the quote that I got for the itinerary that I was wanted was the best among all the tour operators that I inquired.
Prakash our travel expert was very knowledgeable and gave very good recommendations to suit our requirements.
On the trip, everything was smooth, the telegram app is a real boon with all real time information shared on it. Any last minute changes that we requested for were also entertained and they were on top of things throughout the trip. The Atlantis stay was the highlight of the trip, which no other tour operator was providing at this price point.
Overall, we had a wonderful time, would definitely consider tripfactory for any furth er trips I take and would definitely recommend them.

Everything was very gud.! Summit hermon food was excellent.! Due to strike in darjeeling v had to leave very early. Coz of tat v cudn get to c few places on the way from darjeeling to gangtok.! Trip Factory has pathetic service. Please don't trust this site. We had booked a trip to ooty and I got diagnosed with jaundice. I had to cancel the plan and informed trip Factory 5 days in advance. We were assured of refund by them. Now it has been 2 months we did not get any refund. We have given them all the proofs/reports to validate the genuineness of the disease. Please don't fall in their trap.

I have visited Singapore and Malaysia with trip factory from 29Sep- 4th Oct 2019. The experience was worst. Their itenaries are vague and they doesn't share the details till the previous day of your trip but you have to make the full payment atleast 15 days prior to the trip.Do not take any transit with Seat in coach. Their tour plans are worst. They are taking late night show tickets in Singapore and shceduling the next day trip at 8:15 AM. Don't take Malaysia tour with this guy. They are outsourcing it to a third party and they are not even sharing the iternaries till last date. The third party agent is coming with his own plans based on the vague iternary given by Trip factory. I have defienetely highlight two things here. We generally visit Malaysia for visiting the temple in Battu caves and KL Twin towers. These guys asked us to just take a snap at Murugan and come back and same with KL twin towers. Intially during negotiation they agree for whatever you ask but the end of the day you will be cheated perfectly. I would not suggest to go with Trip factory packages to anyone.

One of our worst international trip we have ever had. Invested huge money for Hongkong and promised attractions were not shown.
In the end we ourselves, had to spend money for sightseeing.
Not recommended for visiting Costly countries.

We do accept and apologize that we were not able to inform you in time that the Madame Tussauds is no longer covered as part of the Hong Kong night tour. Instead of Madame Tussauds, we provide Sky 100 as part of the tour. Since you purchased the tickets of Madame Tussauds directly and shared us the cost, we had processed the refund for the same inspite that you also utilized the tickets for Sky 100 which was not part of the package.
Secondly, there was a human error, though quite unfortunate in updating PAR for the second passenger due to which you have lost your valuable time which we definitely cannot return and we are apologetic about this. As a compensation for the time lost, we are ready to offer you a voucher for a fixed amount that you can redeem for your next holiday.
Third, you claim that you were not taken to symphony of lights as part of night tour, but as discussed over conference call with the tour operator in Hong Kong, you were not able to join the shared tour to continue towards symphony of lights as you had exceeded your timings on Victoria peak and thus missed the lights show. As it was a shared tour with all other guests reporting on time, the tour and other guests cannot be kept waiting and thus have to move on. We are sorry to say that we cannot give any compensation for this.
We have given you all the possible support and assistance we could do and refunded the extra service used by you on a special case. You can reach back to us to get the voucher that you can utilize in your next holiday. We would love to serve you again and make sure that you have good time.
