This Is Dr. Pramod. 14 of us had planned a trip to Malaysia.
Initially they agreed for our requirements and spoke to us very humbly, once they received the payment, everything changed. What they had promised the hotel stay and the visiting places everything changed according to them.
The previous night of our journey they call us and tell that the required facilities what we have chosen cannot be provided. Idiot VP of tripfactory Sudeep also spoke to me and told the same thing.So many countries I have traveled, but this was my horrible trip because of Tripfactory.

Dont chose Tripfactory guys. Worst people, Worst company.

Really this time worst experience with you

You have only spent money on flight and hotel that's it

Other than this we didn't get anything

Breakfast is complimentary with hotel, you haven't provided lunch or dinner

At least provide any one

On flight ( veg meals was not there) from London to Dubai

Ticket you have provided only madam taussads and seriously we have waited for three hour in queue and we have paid extra 30 Pound for fasttrack

And London eye you have provided fasttrack but both are on same day so we paid extra 25 pounds for cabs to reach at both the destination.

You have provided half day tour with golden travels, in which you have provided wrong information regarding timings and we missed the tour.
We again took cab and reached the spot and again we spent 12 pounds.

Seriously not at all expected services from trip factory.

I recommended one of my friend trip factory and they did Paris venice trip and they have same experience. Worst experience...

Last trip with you people. Will never recommend you to any of our friends.

City tour sightseeing - only half day and again there is no lunch provided there and wrong time given by trip factory agent

All people have provided full day tour and all people have provided lunch by golder tour

It's simply half day

Extremely bad, poor and ill - mannered of handling our trip by TripFactory team. We had booked a trip for Prague Vienna and Budapest. It took them months to search for alternate hotel options and that too they searched for expensive ones and on top of that the extreme rude behaviour of Mr. Ritesh Mishra who thinks he can speak to customers in any manner he wants to. We wanted a confirmation on mail with regards to one of our hotel bookings in Vienna for a double bed to which still they are not ready to. Have had to fight for this. It is a matter of just one more day and i will drag them to the consumer court. Make sure you read this Trip Factory and the rest of the people who are thinking of booking from Trip Factory.

It was great experience but not sufficient 6days for us to cover dubai. Minimum we need 15days to explore dubai... Over all it was good and nice experience.we enjoyed and lot of fun.

I like the pick n drop timings full punctuality drivers. We stayed Versaille by raviz hotel 4* the hospitality is good with breakfast for all 6days it was nice... first iternary wasvdhow curise, Marina curise for 2hr round around dubai city with traditional dance show and the dinner was good. Dolphinarium show was supb. The dolphin were amazing n trainee too good, Dolphin was too smart n cutee. At the top off Burj khalif 124th floor was nice view of whole dubai is amazing seen. Desert safari n Roll coater, flying acces, twisted coaster was scare n belly dance was eye fest with dinner is good too... water games - lost of chamber at atlantis n ski dubai (Ice games) - Dubai mall was lot of fun n enjoyed it... underwater zoo n aquarium is wonderful n amazing creatative of engineers. Emirates mall world largest mall was quite nice n incrediable huge...

Overall Dubai experience was nice, good, wonderful. N incrediable. Sure we will go once again to visit dubai..

The entire trip was well organised, the hotel options provided were good and was located in the prime area as a tourist would prefer to. Overall program was great and would definitely recommend my friends to use Trip Factory for international destinations. Their online support team was also of great help.

We wanted to celebrate 25 years of friendship and the trip was made more memorable with hassle free itinerary and logistics. Kudos to the entire team.

Would like to mention about Ms. Sowmya who patiently heard our requirements which kept on changing and finally agreeing upon the 11th option. She was being helpful and informative as well before we could finalise the itinerary.

Worst stay in thekkady after sometime i have to fight with seasons thekkady n I got a decent stay i dont know why you didn't have Hotel grand Thekkady as ur option.

Cab driver: ok ok. However too much liquor smell in the car which would have been avoided.
Cab drivers should have a decent accommodation n food.

Boat House, enjoyed a lot i should have skidded rest of the places n i should have stayed in boat house instead. Loved it. 4 Ratings for service person prashanth in the boat house.

Munnar misty lake resort, good stay n food. Good choice for couple. Good service. Fort cochin beach good place to relax but in the evening.

I had booked Andaman tour package for my friends family for Feb 2019. On day 5 they were supposed to visit jolly bouy island. But cab driver taken them to the jetty for north bay and Ross island which was seen on the first day itself. After asking, he was replied that this is an alternate sightseeing for jollybouy island because jollybouy is not operational. After further investing with locals we came to know that jolly bouy island was not operational since last month. Cab driver also agreed about the same. When we contacted trip factory they simply told me that this was not operational due to high tide and as it is a natural calamitiy we have arranged an alternative sightseeing for you. We handed over phone to cab driver who told that trip factory guy that there is no such incident like high tide plus it was not operational from last month. Our cab driver also told me in personal that their owner had informed trip factory well in advance about the closure of jollybouy. So why are trip factory offering/selling a sightseeing which was not at all operational. Which means these guys are only there as an agent just for taking money nothing else. First of all they are not updated about sightseeing. Second thing they are offering us the alternative sightseeing which was covered on the first day... How can someone see the same place again and again? That day was wasted by just sitting in the hotel room. They assured us for refund but no such refund till date... After repetitive follow ups their ans is same we r working on your query. Now I decided to take these fraud company to the court. Highly unprofessional company. They are just to take your money. They even don't have a proper customer care. They are asking me proof to submit whether I visited jolly bouy or not... Jollybouy permit has to be taken atleast 2-3 days in advance as their is limitation on num of visitors. That time also they can tell us about cancellation. Only book through them if u want to waste your hard earned money. I will not suggest to my enemy also. Most of the reviews here are suggesting the un professionalism of this company.
