We got the refund after really begging and pestering them for a month. I really had to fight for this. I got a message on sitejabber from an agent from trip factory telling me to remove the review now that we have got the refund. I am not going to remove the review; so making this update to be fair to them.

Booking with trip factory was my biggest mistake! Worst tour agency i've ever used
We booked andaman tour with them. First of all their coordinators are poor and some of them were extremely rude. But during the trip lot of things weren't delivered and we were supposed to get a significant refund. They kept playing us around saying that we will get the refund then they started ignoring us they never paid. They will call you again and again before the trip to ask for payment but when its time to refund some of the money, they will just ignore you. They duped us. These people are basically thieves.

Hotel - hampton by hilton was just apt and suited our requirements perfectly
Transport - 5 on 5 the cabs were there as per the itenary at the right time. Even better was their flexibility to accomodate our delays or early trips and also they were very co-operative when we made changes in our pick up and drop locations which werent part of the fixed itenary. Kudos for that.
Support - prompt and excellent support from the whole team making the whole experience hasel free.
Personalised itenary - spoke to a dozen of tour companies but all had fixed itenary like all routine tours, but we were looking for a different package with different activities and experiences. Trip factory team specially syed junaid patiently helped us plan our itenary as per our suggestions accomodating all are requirements. We literally made them give us 20 options before we chose the final itenary, and they obliged everytime.

TripFactory made my holiday "A Memorable and Lovely Holiday". It was hassle free experience with TripFactory. I gave them only one day time but they did so well. In a very a short span of time, they organized and managed all the things in very well mannered. Whenever help required, their 24*7 support was there to help me out. The experience with trip factory on a recent trip to Dubai was horrible.
The taxi which were provided came from a good company and they were on time. So will not blame the private transfer they arranged.
1) Dubai City Tour: The driver arrived on time. The city tour was given by the driver with any description of the city. He only answered what was asked. The City tour was like a taxi ride with occasional stops for photos.
2) Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque: This was the night mare of the trip. Arrived at the mosque to find no guide present. The driver told us it is not allowed to go inside the mosque with the guide so waited for 2 hours and no one arrived. The management was irresponsible during that time as no body was picking the phone and the driver was smiling at what was happening saying my only job is to drop and pick up.
After all the ruckus the driver fought in the end and told me to not take back to Dubai. This is very rude.
Worst nightmare in my life on a trip.
3) Miracle Gardens: Reached Miracle Garden to find the tickets are not present. Again wasted an hour and bought the tickets our-self at the window. We have been told the refund will be given but time more important.
4) Burj Khalifa at the top: The itinerary which the company prepared mentioned visit during prime hours i. E 4-7 pm but our slot was booked at 10 pm. On asking the management says please understand sir.
I do not go on a trip to understand mismanagement.
Please do not use trip factory will be my advise.

I am amazed with TripFactory behavior. You do not know your trip Itinerary of an International trip even before 3 days of trip. You cannot plan your leisure days at all. They keep it so confidential and god knows for what reason. Team is highly disoriented and confused within. Mail responses are not at all in line with what the planner from this company commit. Tour of Phi Phi and James Bond islands were excellent. Speed boat travel and Long Tail boat rides were superb. Even for vegetarians Thai food was good. Plenty of fruits- Jack fruit, M ango, pine apple, cantaloup, water melon and so many juicy fruits and tender coconuts keep you hydrated in the hot humid weather of Phuket. Central Phuket Market is a place not to miss. Budha temple is another must see place. Overall this trip was good.

We approached Tripfactory to suggest Honeymoon destinations. Agent was very patient in tailoring the holiday package for us and they have excellent support team to assist us while in trip.
My only regret is that I paid too much for this holiday. The moment I purchased local Sim in Dubai Airport, I was handed a voucher book that offered 1 free ticket for every ticket purchased. We could have done almost all the activities at a half rate.
