We ordered The Nanny, complete set. We received a set of 13 disc with a photograph of Fran that was of very poor quality. The main problem is that none of the 13 disc will load in our DVD player. TVMedia does not list a phone number for customer service and have not responded to my e-mails about the qualityof the disc. Do not order from this company.

Ordered TV show "Car 54 Where Are You." Received DVDs after about a month (from China), and they freeze during playback or don't play at all on my DVD players or computers. Of course, no response from emails requesting refund or replacement. Guess I got burned! You should be smarter and avoid this consumer trap.

I'm with everyone else... I guess they rake in the money and then conveniently forget to ship... I've ordered in July and nothing yet... now I've cancelled and conveniently they haven't seen that email either

Ordered Dean Martin Roast in August. Still no shipment. I did receive a reply stating item was on back order in September. Nothing since then and I have emailed several times. This is a foreign company with no way to contact or trace. If you order from them you are throwing your money away. I can't even find them under tvmediaoutlet.com now.

I ordered a carol burnett dvd collection in July and still not received them even after i have sent emails and they won't reply or send me my money back. They are a fraud!

I, too, ordered the Carol Burnett DVD set back in May. It is now July 6th and I still haven't received it. There is no way to contact them except through emails which they have never answered. There should be a way to let people know how bad this site is. I wish I had known about SiteJabber before I placed my order. From now on I will be checking reviews before buying from unknown and untried websites---------lesson learned!

I purrchased the Carol Burnett videos on May 16,2010. I paid in full and have received no videos... I have emailed numerous times and never been contacted back! MAJOR RIP OFF! They have no contact phone... and that customer service will contact you back in 24 hours ----NOT SO!

They don't list a # for contact or where they're located. I ordered the "Carol Burnette Show" complete set for 79 bucks on the 15th., today's the 6th. Of June. Still no D. V. D's 10-14 days shipping? Why? Have not responded to any e-mails. Don't use them. It's a Fraud. Plus no tracking #. They SUCK.

I bought re-runs of Carol Burnett for my mom on mothers dauy, they charged my account but I've seen no videos or responses to my e-mail, major rip off

They sold a copy of What I like About You, came in a VHS tape container... DVD's Skipped and had no sound... they stopped replying to my emails after i wanted my money back... my name is Jeff von Arx from Indiana... these guys will take your money and run!

The customer service was great and No where else can I get these DVDs since they don't sell them anywhere! I don't even think they make them, so this company provides what we can't get elsewhere. I never had any trouble and dig my DVDs.
