Cancelled an order that said it would deliver in 15 minutes and was 45 minutes+ with the driver making no progress. They charged me for the order. I spoke to 3 incompetent customer service agents who copied and pasted responses to me. I've spent hundreds on this app over the years. They won't get another cent out of me. 0 out of 100. They're not only thieves, but they're stupid thieves.
This happened in Tupelo Mississippi Saturday evening December 16th 2023 4:00 p.m. Kroger grocery store 960 West Main Street Tupelo Mississippi when I contact Uber support they tried to contact the driver 2 days he did not respond then today Monday December the 18th they send me a email telling me that the driver said that he did not see a package in his backseat which he knew that I cleared that back seat after I got out that's why I know he took that package at my second stop while I was inside the store I'm waiting to talk to the owner of that store so he can review his camera which he has a camera on that side of the parking lot to show that he had to get out of his car and put that package in his truck while I was in the store and I believe just 100%
I live in Alexandria. Oftentimes I Uber to Dc. I can never ever get a ride home and when I do it is at a crazy price. Oftentimes I feel stranded. Nothing worse than being in DC wondering if you can get home. Looking for a better service. It's not like I don't tip well and I'm very polite. My reviews are good so I do not know why.
I booked Uber Go from T2, IGI, New Delhi. Before booking was asked to pay via Paytm which I did. When I called the Driver he was at T3 & asked us to come there with lugguage. I said we booked cab from T2. He said its server error come to T3, I said I cant come with luggage.
Call was disconnected & driver cancelled the trip.

EMBARRASSED... It's bad enough that there are a lack of drivers in our area, but when we request, wait on and use the service, at least give me what I paid for. My wife and I requested a ride last night to a Gala in downtown Savannah. Came outside, dressed up in FORMAL attire, just to get into a ragedy@$$ minivan that made noise the ENTIRE ride. The door didn't close all the way, the engine sputtered during takeoff and the brakes had the whole thing shaking everytime we slowed down. Worst ride ever. We just had him drop us off a block away. That was ridiculous. Ste state of Georgia needs to have better regulations for the service. I would have rather fought for parking and walked in the rain, but we didn't want to be late. The next messed up ride and vehicle that comes for me, I'm going to request a refund. If anyone wants proof of my ride, I took a video. Something needs to be done about these horrible vehicles. Last night we took a ride home and the car that picked us up clearly had an issue with its tire. I requested we not take freeways because it sounded very unsafe. Then we decided to end the trip early due to it being unsafe. We caught a different driver for a ride home.
Today (sunday) we ordered an unber from my boyfriends account. It's the same driver. He takes the freeways. The car starts making offal noises towards the end of the trip and we realize it's the same driver.
Even after reporting the unsafe vehicle to uber they still didn't pull the driver and demand an inspection.

Hello I was working for Uber eats and ride. Suddenly my account was blocked by them was telling me I have multiple accounts are they insane you telling me I can open several accounts with same phone number? Ridiculous only if I knew this I will never drive. They send me to report identify theft that's means their information is open to public?.
They have this stupid requirement for the age of a vehicle when 90% of these new cars have a poor customer rating when it comes to structural integrity on the road...most older vehicles outdo the newer ones by a landslide...if the vehicle is mechanically sound, been kept well...what different does it make. This is a type of discrimination because if someone is looking to make $$ doing ride-sharing(As opposed to doing something illegal) then they are creating a stumbling block for them...if someone has a vehicle that is well-kept and operational then it should not be restricted from being used
Arranged and paid for 2 rides 4 days in advance. They kept texting me saying thank you for your patience, we are looking for a driver for you. I was already very late for an appointment. They never showed up! Awful service. When I called customer service, they were extremely rude!
1) Uber unlawfully charged me $70.83 without my authorization. I have not used Uber on that particular day. I only authorized few cents for verification, but Uber used that authorization for unlawfully charged me over $70.
2) After making reservation, I canceled within 3 hours and 4 days before Uber ride reservation. Uber charged me on my credit card.

Today I called to complain to Uber about yuber service about a previous complaint. I had registered for the driver and they were supposed to respond in sixth to 12 hours. And when I contacted yuber to complain about their Uber. No help pin thirty hours with no reply What's my opinion that is? A tip was to avoid the complaint about uber help being no help. Then pretend that he was going to help me with an issue that he's not allowed to help with what to spend submitted, they're out loud. So I had to force him to address the Uber. No help witch resulted again. Talking in circles in Bill Clinton, bill clintoning everything. Then telling me to somebody would be in contact. It's also my belief that these 6 to 12 hours. C*** is just to hope that you will forget about your complaint and go away and leave you for a loan for their press. Pour won't get worse. It really seems like they don't want you to follow app on their lack of follow app and that they will go out of their way to make it impossible to follow-up.
Uber advertises their prices, however once I finish the ride, I find I have been charged an average of $10-$15 more in a "booking fee", "wait time" fee, "airport drop off and surcharges". I prefer knowing upfront what the costs are. Secondly, the only way to communicate is through their APP - no humans, no emails, and if an issue is not listed, there is no way to report it. PS. Donwloaded my bill, but this system is not accepting pdf's or png's -?
Be careful with Uber taxis. They change price on the meter if you don't pay attention. The meter was €11.30 and when it appeared on the app it was charged at €15. Uber adjusted it but still left me short of refund. Do not use them!
Uber charged me $34.00 for a ride that I take EVERY Saturday and Sunday morning to work,and pay anywhere from11 to 14 dollars. When I asked them for a partial refund due to price surge,that's what Uber calls it...I was denied due to "high demands for rides iny area." Which is total B.S.
