This app ia unbelievably bad, please contact lyft, I'm begging you. I was at a football game and after I contacted an Uber to take me back home. I was waiting for 30 minutes and then the driver canceled on me after I had called her and asked where she was parked. This happened 3 time's total, I eventually had to walk back to the hotel pissed off at this app
It is unfortunate, considering that it is a supposedly reliable company, several episodes of scams, that charge trips from your card without using the service, it has happened, I also love families and friends, then Uber does not recognize it, I had to stop use that Uber service.

I called the uber # *******237 and a foreign man just hung up on my while inwas talking to him. I asked if my order had been cancelled and he said yes. I had called the day before to cancel but was just calling today to check and make sure of that so I wouldn't be charged and to have him to remove my debit card. Then he pointed me to the website after I asked to remove my card from the system. Then he signed and said well this conversation is going no where and havena great day! I was still talking while he was saying this. I wasn't rude or mean to him at all wow. This was my first time using uber too. Ugh...the way of the world.
I am Swati Gupta, working in a private company. I usually book Uber cabs for travel purposes in Delhi NCR. From last many times I am getting the worst cabs they can have. We pay good amount for one way travel, and the kind of service they are giving is getting worst day by day. I would not recommend UBER. And I have to pay 600/- for such bad cars

I reserved a ride to the airport. A name was even assigned so I thought I was set. 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.: the app showed there was no driver available. I had to drive myself and incur parking fees. Things probably the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. I will never use Uber again as they are unreliable. They cast me around 230 dollars with this stunt as I had to make a last minute change and drive myself and pay for parking for 8 days on a business trip. Just the worst company around. I will go back to using regular taxis.
Now a days Uber company and other companies like this, are doing worst marketing with drivers and owners of Car. Majorly due to this reason only trusts of so many Driver's & Owner's are going to down for the said companies. Actually some Drivers/Owners had done their duties according to their capabilities during covid pandemic and even in the close competitive market they don't leave Uber/Other Companies, tried to maintain their relationship even with low earnings. But now the said companies are deactivating their ID's only on the basis of Some Rider's false/wrong complaints. These type of companies are not analysing ground level problems/issues, only taking decisions on the basis of that type of reviews, according to that Drivers & Owners it is wrong. So, I would like to request the said companies to improve that type of issue because lacs of families are depends on you.

I was trying to set up Uber I started to and put my credit card information into the Ubers app but when she arrived we paid cash instead so I don't know how this trip got charged to my credit card. She did not speak English, so it was very hard to communicate.

Worst experience with the uber system built. Old payments were added to the new ride payments, whereas the old ride payment was paid using cash. Unnecessarily had to pay double for the new ride. Auto drivers unnecessarily took advantage of the situation and charged double. As a matter of fact no driver with ride for free and let the customer go without making payment. If so called "UBER" holds responsibility for this issue, pay back Rs.120 which is a double change I have paid to the Auto.
Wanted to book a ride to the doctor as our child was not well.

We took a mini vacation from September 11-15,2023. We took a total of 6 Uber rides with the most courteous and delightful drivers! One with Juan, Cuong, Roberto, Derlis, and twice with Philip. Our rides with these individuals could not have been better. Looking forward to Galveston in the coming year and only hope we can see them again for a ride. Great job Guys. A big thumbs up!
