Great shopping experience. I searched everywhere online and this was the best price (and shipping price) for this bird feeding station there was. Not only did it arrive perfectly in just 4 days, but there was a good-humored note attached to the inside box that literally made my day. Thanks for a great product and fun experience!

Even though the whole experience was satisfactory, once I placed the order it was impossible to see the order right away even though the money had been withdrawn from PayPal. I had to call to find out that everything was fine and that the lack of transparency was due to an obsolete electronic tracking system.

Placed order- stayed in Paypal pending. Order never got into the system. Don't understand that either.
Called and got order in system after I furnished a copy of the order. Not sure I'll go through that again.

Ordering process was simple. Took 48 hours to ship and a inquiry as to when it will ship ended with a recording similar to "no one is available to help you at this time". Product delivered was exactly as I ordered and once shipped, the tracking, notifications and follow up was 5 star.

It was very easy to make a purchase, well tracked and received.

I got my order quickly, however, I was sent open box, not new. I was never told I would be sent open box. I don't purchase open box as I've always had issues.

First order got lost by Fedex, however within a couple days all was well and order was received.
Second order got to me in efficient time.

You can never get through to customer service and items are not shipped on time or they are randomly cancelled

Limited customer service hours. Phone answering & live agent on internet from website both non responsive
