I received my order and washed it not thinking anything was wrong. Put on one of the pants a couple weeks later and it was the wrong size! They refused to exchange it for what I actually ordered unless I wanted to pay for it. They offered a coupon for 10% off but all set I will take my business elsewhere from now on. My fault I didn't check the inside tags on my clothes but they should be able to send three correct items to someone. Good luck staying in business.
I received my order and 4 days later many items went on sale. It was approximately 40$ for a 500$ order. I called them thinking they would do a price adjustment instead of having to return and reorder but was told their policy is only for 24 hours. I wouldn't have even received my items in that timeframe. I just can't believe they would rather me return the items and have to have them restocked and then send me new items instead of just price adjusting. Poor customer service and we all know that all of of us healthcare workers are held to high standards when it comes to patient satisfaction. I just wish uniform advantage was held to similar standards. SMH!
Material is horrible. Overall fit is a no where close to any semblance of human shape unless you are sponge bob square pants. Paid express UPS and it took 19 days to arrive.

Do not buy unless you mind being a walking advertisement billboard. They put the most awful glow in the dark sticker on EACH piece of clothing. They are placed unevenly and after washing wear off and leave glue stains. Emailed and specifically requested no stickers. Arrived with stickers that includes the word Stretch. Really? Called customer service. Terribly disappointed.

I ordered 10 chef coats for my restaurant, but the chefs themselves cannot wear it due to strange patterning. It seems the side panels leading into the sleeves do not give enough way for arm movement.
The coats are not functional and are basically only clothes in appearance. They do not fit right and seem to be defects. I have called customer service COUNTLESS times, but they have failed to respond each time. I do not recommend! Be careful, because they might not exactly send working uniforms.

I used to use Lydia's Scrubs and they were fantastic. Since UA took over, the service sucks. I've been trying to get scrubs with a logo placed on them for a month. No one there takes responsibility for anything and I'm transferred about 10 times every time I try to get an answer. Then I'm told it will be done in 2-3 days. When I'm told someone will call me back the someone never does. Truly a second rate outfit.

When we took on the Lydia's customers it was very difficult for Lydia's to provide full details on all custom logo accounts. Their system just would not allow for it. I paid $15 in shipping and fees for the clothes to be HUGE on me, so I looked at the return form and they charge $8.99 to return it. After spending a total of $70.96 I'll only be getting $46.95 back. The clothes are scratchy and stiff too. I wish I would've read the reviews first.

I ordered scrubs in mid May and it's now late August. And I'm still dealing with my order not being sent in its entirety. I called several times and received numerous emails stating that my items were either in backorder or sold out. So I called a few days ago and thought the issue was solved. In true Uniform Advantage form they screwed up again. I demanded a refund because the took the money from my account, and that was like pulling teeth. Thank goodness there are other companies that can provide you with scrubs and decent customer service.

Needed my 5 sets of scrubs delivered in NY that I was going to be for a weekend. I paid the extra $40 for 2 day shipping. They sent them with standard ground... "I'm sorry" is the best thing I got. The worst was that at the end of my online conversation, I got the "Thank you for shopping Uniform Advantage!" After I told them that I did not want the items and I would NEVER buy anything from them. Twilight zone stuff...

Yes their pricing is good. But they sent the wrong size charged me to ship to me and then charge me again to ship it back. Called customer service to correct. Nothing but sorry. Is this legal. Excellent source of revenue for UA -charge for shipping and still keep the merchandise. Save your money order from somewhere else.

Lost my package via UPS. UA had UPS put a tracer on it and said I would get resolution in 8-10 business days. I called back 16 days later and was informed UPS closed the investigation with no resolution so they would have to open another investigation and I would have to wait another 8-10 business days for resolution. UPS website stated package still in transit and investigation open and yet the supervisor had the nerve to tell me that the package was delivered! I placed the order over 4 weeks ago. They refused to refund my money until they received a UPS resolution in another 2 weeks. I finally just went to my bank and disputed the charge. There is no customer service.

Don't do business with them. They have a large Google presence and appear on every app you will use from now on. They are Chinese ran company that will not return or change an order after it has been placed. No communication skills in customer service mostly Chinese answer the phone.
US Based Company 100%! We are a privately held company located in Fort Lauderdale, Fl and our packages ship out of GA. (Family Run for more than 30 years) We typically process orders quickly and can not change them after they are placed. (Sorry we are so fast) We offer live chat option, email and phone options. My purchase says it was delivered at 3:40 on my front porch on July 5th. It was not. I waited a few days. Still unsure if it was passed onto Usps or was delivered by ups. Usps seems to f up a lot. The email was unclear. Today is July 9. Still no package. I called them and they said that Usps delivered it on July 5th and that they don't have any control over it. They gave me the number to my local Usps and a new tracking number that was 28 digits long! So I'm supposed to hunt it down through the Usps myself? I spent $100 on some pants and it never got delivered yet it's my job to hunt it down through the federal system? Like their customer svc will be any better? They said if the package doesn't arrive by Thursday which is 8 business days after it went missing then call back and they will reprocess it as lost and will reissue another package or a refund.

Make sure to continue to follow up on your order. They will not contact you if there is an issue with it I waited 5 days for the shipping information on my order and it never came. 5 days after I started my order I contacted them for them to tell me there was an issue call us at your earliest convenience so we can more forward with your products. Notify your customers of an issue so they can fix it promptly and get what they have ordered timely.

Ugh I wish I could give this place no starts! I bought shoes for a good price but they run bigger. The worst part is that the heel has holes in it and they send me a patch which doesn't fit and falls off place when I walk. To make things worse their return and exchange policy are ridiculous and is not worth it to do it. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!
I had placed an order for 2 Cherokee top scrubs with the side pockets (convenient for holding the work phone & the other for flushes). After I read all the negative reviews on this website, I was worried that I had put my credit card information on a scam business. The delivery took long, but my scrubs came in as ordered and were in such good condition that I actually wore it out from package as I had night shift that night.
My package came in on the promised date. I'm not sure why this company has such a low rating, but I am a satisfied customer.
I placed an order, received someone else's order, called customer service, explained the problem. Customer service hung up on me. I called back and was told the order would be resent express shipping and that I would receive an email with the new order number. I never got an email and so I called. They told me to call back on Monday and so I did a computer chat. The agent said he would review. He said he would place a new order and asked me for my shipping address. Then he said one of the items is no longer available. I asked for a refund. We'll see if I get one. SEEMS LIKE A SCAM OPERATION! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE. SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG HERE.
